I can't see how I've not come back to tat one earlier !!!! It is such a greaaaaaat workout !!!! The first core exercise is tough and then you just forget and follow this wonderful flow 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

408 calories burnt, 1 hour 5 mins, avg hr 127, max hr 166. soooooo sweaty didn't expect to burn so much, challenging without exhaustion. make room above your head on the floor so you can stretch out full body length. practice jackknife so it doesn't pinch elbow nerves.

Yes, it was soft, relaxing and effective too. I'll be 70 yrs. old in April and it was great for me. I have difficulties doing the teaser totally straight but I try as much as I can. Hopefully I'll be able really good some day. I do my 60 minutes workouts everyday for yrs now. So Desirre, I have hope. Thank you so much. Keep it coming.

Hi Millie, I am 60 and glad there are so many of us, er …mature viewers😊. I noted you said that you did 60 minutes everyday. I wanted to share with you, though, that I began to see my progress really increase once I stopped doing Pilates daily and either rested or did cardio on my “off” Pilates days. I believe my body had a chance to properly recover and have ended up so much stronger and flexible than before. I wish you all the very best 😊

I've been looking at pilates classes online for a while, and this is great. I've seen a lot of teachers sort of hurry through moves, and flop their limbs Dien instead of slowly lowering, etc, and I'm loving the slower control.

I really love these slow pace workouts! I love that I can get a workout that goes deep into every muscle but it also makes me feel more grounded in my well being and more connected with my body.

What an outstanding class! Woohoo! Great series of exercises. My favorite was the one-leg switch section about a third into class. Especially enjoyed the pace!!! I really liked the jackknife section and you are so on point when you said that some workouts are so fast that you can't focus on technique and proper alignment! These slower routines have been nice after doing one of your 60 min HIITs. I would never want to ask you for a thing because you do oh so much for us all but my secret wish is for another 60 min HIIT. I know there have to be others who love really getting sweaty with your HIITs. I will continue to post through this journey. This is good for me Desiree! It makes me slow down and focus and when I do come to this video I am reminded why it's good to slow down and that does not mean it's an easier workout!! It's a good one for my list of varying workouts! You are such a disciplined person and I learn much from you..
