This was one of the best Pilates workout I have done on KZbin. And I have done many. She makes you work for the whole 45 minutes. Others are warm up cool down and you only work 20 minutes. This was so challenging for the whole 45 minutes. Thank you

WEEK ONE OF 4 week 1-2-3CHALLENGE COMPLETED!!! It feels amazing both in my body and on my mind! The great thing about these challenges is that I don't need to look for a workout video, find sth, do it for several minutes and then realize that it wasn't "THE" workout that I was looking for, I already know what I'm going to do today, tomorrow, the day after that and so on..! Another WONDERFUL class by you Desiree. I feel mentally, emotionally, and physically strong after this one. Really clean and clear in my body and definitely as if ALL areas of me are worked. One thing I'd LOVE support on is teaser. For advanced videos (which are my FAVE) I am still not at the holding teaser and doing those exercises full out. I'd love to hear variations.

Thank you so much for your lovely comment Candice! Don’t get frustrated with your teasers…I used to struggle with them too. Be sure you’re in that “sweet spot” where your belly is really scooped in and up and your tailbone is tucked under. If you find yourself falling forward (which is super common), you’re most likely not engaged enough in your core and need to tuck the tail under a bit more. You can practice with bent knees which should make is easier to find that “sweet spot.” Other than that, use the assistance of your fingertips on palms lightly on the floor for support. Practice makes progress! Don’t give up - you’ll get them! 🥰💖💪🏼🧚🏼♀️

I am a complete beginner to pilates. This is a really cool workout. I found it challenging and exhilarating. This is day 7 of the '1-2-3' challenge. I love this one. I was a bit low on energy and wanted something hard but at the same time relaxing. It gave me sweat but no stress. I loved the music and the background with the light and the plants. So this is the first video I did of yours back in the summer of 2020, needing some lockdown workout inspiration. I barely got through it. By the time it finished, I was dripping with sweat and struggling to keep anything remotely close to good form. 18 months on I tried it again (the day after a lot of Christmas eating and drinking, I'll add!!!) and it definitely wasn't easy, but I kept up with you and my form was correct throughout. I felt strong and confident in all the positions and sequences. Just goes to show what time and practice can do! Thanks for making my core the strongest it's ever been! ❤

This is fabulous work out, your videos are the best pilates on whole KZbin. I do these mostly for core since I primarly go to gym for fitness physique training, but this has transformed my core, it is the one thing I want to stay small but need it to be strong, so these videos are my secret weapon. AND, I actually thought my core was pretty strong before, but after I did this for the first times, my abs got so sore, so it totally hit the spot. Once or twice a week I also do the butt and legs sections just for pump, for my aesthetic goal I need heavy weights in booty section, but these excercises are great addition because mixing it up is always good. Thank you so much for excellent content, I can`t believe you don`t have millions of subscribers already!

Love your Pilates videos, been doing them everyday for the past 2 weeks and I already see such a massive difference in my body. Do you have an estimate of how many calories could be burned in this particular video though? I know in your 60 minute video you have a rough estimate depending on our weight. Thank you for making these videos❤️

I have the audacity to do this challenge advance without taking the beginner videos, out of shape or ever so pilates but I did it!! It killed me but I know in time I do better and better and get used to it, thank you! You are the best pilate instructor so far im subscribing you!

This was an amazing class. My first time ever doing pilates. I loved it. I tried your beginner classes but there's too much explanation there for me. I just wanted to sweat so this is much better. My core and glutes are super sore today though lol

Oh my! That was just divine! It was really challenging and I struggled with some of it but still did the best I could. Plus with the relaxing music you don't seem to realize how hard you are working and I burned 400 calories on the process. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Xxxx. Thank you xxxxx
