I just finished this workout... OMG it's not that easy in the last 15 minutes. I've been doing your workouts videos level 3-5 for the past 3 months and let me tell you, even if I didn't felt like I was dying like level 6 workout, I felt so weak, I was sweating like crazy but still finished it Congrats to reaching 3 Millions Subscribers! Because of you I feel so happy with my body now, I have more energy and I can see that I'm gaining strength. Thank you so much for everything Jordan! Keep up the good work!

Mr. Yeoh, I just wanted to thank you. I’m 64 years old and have been working out pretty consistently over the last 5+ years, but this workout was the challenge I needed and I’m proud to say I did every second of it without stopping!

When there is enough time to wake up, have a coffee, and relax your body in weekends, holidays, or lockdowns, this exercise is just amazing to start that day. Props to you Jordan for making this amazing exercise 👍

This is one of the best 1-hour routine I have ever followed. I would recommend for you to say out loud the next exercise, especially my laptop is on a high table where I cannot see the next exercise when I'm on the floor or when I'm far away looking for a good space here in my unit to perform a spacious exercise. Thanks for this! :)

@@zain_ali910 Hi. I don't think you can lose weight from just one session. The exercises are great but you need to watch your nutrition. Make sure you're eating the right thing in the right portions. I lost some weight after doing this too. Now I'm looking to build some muscle and endurance. Hope this helped.

I just finished the WHOLE one hour work out ! Some exercises were still hard so i had to do some alter alternatives. Other times i had to battle against my body to not quit in the middle. Thanlks MASTER JORDAN !!!

I started doing this one and I only can do the first half hour, then I did the 21days challenge and when I finished I did this one again and I did the whole hour without being very tired! How it changes! I am very happy. I like that this one focuses more on the lower body and abs. I just do dumbbells on upper body and it's all complete. I love this video. Thanks Jordan. From Spain !

Woke up went to school, wasn’t too great, got home, saw this, did it and completed the full hour… this was amazing, and I think this might be my new HIIT workout, thank you so incredibly much, and just keep pushing guys, you can do anything you put your mind to, good luck👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Doing this workout, going to be focusing on the ones that are the hardest, 33yrs old 7 years bad health and now healthy enough to get back to shape, questions: should I rest a couple days after if I become sore or do you keep working through it. My problem now, is I can't hardly do any more than 3 push-ups and I can't get through half of the workouts now that I'm sore. Mayne I will focused on the exercises that are not working me enough in my lower sections. I hear we are supposed to rest but I'm unsure it's been a long time for me and I have h.d.h.d and a light form of high functioning autism. But I really like this. I'll check out your app soon.

I almost died doing it.. to be honest the break is the most unsatisfying thing.. because when your in motion you don't feel the pain and exhaustion... But when you stop to take break... You don't stop breathing heavily...🔥💪

Firstly, God bless you Jordan. I have been doing the same exercise while watching your video since last 3 months almost everyday, and I could see the change in my body now! Fat levels, sugar levels, toxins, drastically reduced from my body; everyone I meet now complementing me for my looks and my lost weight. I feel so light and my fat has burnt away so much from my belly and face. I have also reduced sugar and fast food intake to a great extent. I look and feel so young and energetic now every time!! @@AmanKhan-nc5rs hi dear ... firstly start from low level then increase your level..then push your body for more.. If you are a beginner then you have to start from walk then automatically your body pushes yourself for more...it's my suggestion firstly start with walk ..walk for 20 mins then 30 then in day or evening..day by day increase your time ..n please do 5 days in a week ..rest your body during weekends..and also do body detox with green smoothies twice in a month..

Im so proud to say I finished the workout till the end, with just one rest before the Last round. I'm 13 year old girl, I did the whole workout, and I was so damn sweaty, I almost slipped over my own sweat at the mountain climbers. And I DID slip at the last work out (cuz I exercised on marble tiles) Go on guys If a 13 year old girl can do it, You can too

Thanks for this session Jordan. 2 weeks ago i went for an op to remove a plate from my finger. So no exercise for about 2 weeks and was wondering what to do to start. This session is really wonderful. Not too strenuous on my finger and not too difficult after 2 weeks break. Just my personal suggestion, the description of the exercise is shown when it is started, maybe this can be just before it starts so ppl will know what is the exercise coming. I use mainly my mobile/laptop and from a distance, the preview will be too small. But thanks again.

I'm 16 years old and I did this workout, didn't stop, only on the rest, damn, this is a workout. Was one heavy workout. All that matters. Enjoyed it.

1:03:57 you are absolutely right, not only that but if you push too hard you may get injured, I pushed myself doing a workout routine every day that was really taxing on my body and ended up tearing a muscle, after that I wasn't able to work out almost at all for a couple of weeks, knowing when to do hard stuff and when to do a more relaxed workout or do less reps is important

Всё супер,только единственное я не соглашусь что это уровень 3.5,вероятнее всего уровень максимальный.Делал у него и 4.5 и 6 уровень по часу,но это мне показалось самое сложное.Всем хорошего настроения, будьте здоровы

200 pounds, 15.5 years old, 5'11.5 to be exact, Ill post my progress, starting today 6/28/2021 6/28/2021: I couldn't finish all 3 rounds, I got to the end of round 2, slacking near the end of it though, I physically couldn't do the walk-in and outs and the pushups near the end, hopefully i can finish all 3 rounds tmrw

after doing this workout for more than six months now, i finally figured it out! Its tricking you into doing pushups! With my speed i counted around 125 pushups in all variations, Jordan's speed probably around 150! Nicely done Jordan!!
