Even sub 4:20 runners are super rare if you're just looking in some local area. Odds of anything below 4:15 would be so small lol. And even if someone whos PR is 4:15 would probably still run 5-10 seconds slower in this event

1500m is superior to the mile race. Why? If you run 69 seconds per lap, your time will 4:20 on a 400m track 😂

Everybody runs under 4 or 5 minutes and I can barely run under 13 minutes last time I ran I got 12:00 minutes

7 is a pretty decent time, these people are actual runners. I’d keep that 7 minute but make sure you can keep that pace for 3-5 miles and it would be pretty safe to say you’re a healthy person. Most people can’t even run a 9 minute mile.
