Hi, this was great. I'm looking for 1 mile workouts within 15 minutes, to do multiple times a day to get my steps in, this is a bit longer at almost 19 minutes, but it was great. Thank you .

Beeing doing your 1000 steps for a while and now doing the 7 day challenge on day 2 and loving it - thank you for getting me moving as I had COVID and now suffering from LONG COVID and my mobility was affected. This has also helped my mental health as I am not a lot more focused and looking forward to getting fitter. Thanks again Rick for helping me :-)

Did this workout yesterday, perfect start to the day. Definitely increased my endorphins before booting up my computer at 8. Getting ready to do another one this morning. This is just right for someone restarting aerobics, and the beauty is, there's so many other videos for you to intensify your workout once your fitness levels increase.
