@@xoxo.alyssaaaa so far it’s been a week. I have noticed a slight improvement. I’ll keep you updated three weeks from now. I think after the first month, I may try to do three reps each for each of the exercises she recommends. But so far, I’ve noticed my back is a little bit less lumpy if it makes sense. I’m have serious upper back bulge, that definitely spills out of my bras and looks icky with my shirts. So I really think if you stay consistent, drink enough water, and eat right and continue to workout, you’ll see results! I’ve changed my diet significantly and I usually drink a gallon a day. I always do this workout after my cardio workout 😊😊😊 I hope I can give you better results in three weeks!

Hi Natasha I thought you would like to know that I started doing the exercises you share on KZbin last August 253 lb I'm down to 219 I brought my A1C down from 8.1 to 5.7 and the doctors are amazed I thought you would like to know how well I'm doing and thank you again keep a smile Michelle

Oh yes the point of that was I had been drinking that juice that you recommended I mixed it up and drink it as often as I can and I say it's what brought my A1C down that and the pelvic exercises and the special breathing

Wow. I normally workout with dumbbells but thought I’d give this a try. I’m feeling it in my muscles. Didn’t expect it to be that intense! I hurt my knee so this is great for me. Did 2 rounds.
