Really liked the easy means of exercise Natasha. The way you say motivates. I have started now, for back fat and earlier it was too hard for me to lift hands even for Sec but now I can do it for 1 and a half min. Thankyou. How about the diet plans you have mentioned, how to do that?

Hi, thanks for putting this comment out. There are so many exercise tutorials out there, without a person reassuring it is hard to beleive the influencers. What do you mean by diet control? like cutting down on sugar, fats? Can you detail that as well? Thanks in advance
