Sometimes it’s lack of maturity. I know of a couple that were good together, but the timing wasn’t right. They needed to mature more and have more life experience under their belts. They came back to each other 15 years later and they are going strong. If the person is someone that is selfish and entitled, aka a narcissist, that’s never going to work. I've had two major relationships end because i was the one who walked away. Both times they wanted open relationships and I said no, it was against my values. I've struggled with ending the relationships because the men they married are now having a lot more sex than I am lol. But they also have to contend with the fact that their wives are constantly seeking other men. They are fawning over new guys and telling other men they love them. They are exposing the kids to poly life and the kids are not happy. Love this video! All the coaches online trying to tell us how we should re-attrect our exes. I really don't get it, if they left us when we did nothing wrong, they will probably do it again. For example, my ex (with BPD) told me she loved me and wanted to have kids together and the next week she broke up with me (she was devestated though) because she wanted to experience other people before setteling for the rest of her life. She also told me that she hoped we could back together in the future when she was done exploring. Well f*ck me haha. If she left me before, she will left me again. We had a realy loving relationship and there was realy a lot positive stuff going on, but still: she chose to leave me so that's the end.

I played a lot of basketball and imagining myself trying to play with a ball even slightly out of round, under or over inflated, too big or too small simply wouldn't work. He moved me to FL after 3 years of dating. Broke up with me after the first month I moved to FL because he realized he wasn’t ready and his mom wanted him to date within his race and didn’t even know that he moved me. I was heartbroken alone in a new city for a year. He called me and begged for me back and I took him back. Broke up with me again after 6 months but blamed it on the fact that I like to drink and he doesn’t drink at all but immediately started messaging the girl who was his “friend” and hooking up after we broke up. Also plenty other girls he admitted to. It’s now been 2 1/2 years and he called AGAIN saying that he had grass is greener syndrome and realized he made a massive mistake and will get a ring right now for me if I give him another chance. Even though I loved him so deeply, I can’t allow myself that disrespect. I just blocked him. Feels FANTASTIC.

My situation has a lot to it but ultimately my ex left me twice because I couldn't sleep next to her. Her snoring was awful and she refused to ever be held accountable for it, or anything really. Her reactions to things were very angry and it turned to name calling and other toxic shit. I eventually had to take space and end it permanently. It became almost like an addiction and the past few weeks have been rough. Feels like a drug withdrawal. But yeah I mostly struggle with the fact she kept saying I couldn't give her what she needed in the relationship and "normal couples" sleep next to each other. But I know she wasn't good for me ultimately. As much as I love her, she isn't what I want in a woman. Way too argumentative and childish in a lot of ways.

I live by the creed "If she didn't want you in her prime....then you don't want her in her decline". My first girlfriend did decide to break up with me after going together for 3 years. Started riding the carosel. later found out that she was pregnant with another guys kid. She married the kids father and then had another kid. I moved on with my life. It was tough because she was my first love but time moves on. Fast forward 20 years later - she's divorced and that same guy she left me for....left her...and remarried someone else. She was left to take care of the kids etc. Her ex later died. So saw her about 2 years ago and she wants us to "be together because it was meant to be." Nope Nope Nope and a billion time no. I don't want to have sex with her and there is no way I would be with her. I have had more beautiful younger and hotter women. So search what was the reason but if you have been an unreasonable person and just did what you did out of ego or other illogical and unreasonable reasons then I am sure you have grown and learned and will do what might be necessary to explain, apologize and make it up to her and see if you can patch up things and stay true to the relationship and do your best to be who you want to be. And if it did not work and she did not wish to get back in the relationship with you, then you still move on and prepare for a better experience with a new and better version of you for the next relationship!

I've done this same thing to my ex in our 8 yr relationship. If this was the case they are gone. They feel relief without you. If they come back they may come black because their options has dried up. If you sabotaged the relationship they will fall out of love before leaving you. Their are people out there that will treat them better.... If they do experience issues with the new partner it wont be that hard to deal with because you have made them stronger emotionally for what you put them through

Okay.... I don't agree. Yes, maybe it wasn't him and maybe it was more her things, that she had to deal with. But the way you said things in that video will just reassure some men into thinking they did nothing wrong and they have no reason to work on themselves. Because at the end of the day she left, because she was missing something and something wasn't right. And that doesn't mean that there is necessarily something WRONG with each of them but still there was something missing in the relationship. Thinking and learning from what that might have been might help for the future

Hello Al, Even if she comes back do not accept her as obviously she is not reliable and suitable for the kind of person you are. Usually these sort of women have no real roots and have psychological shortcomings about their own worth and values and gravitate to assholes as they feel lack of real values that only fulfilment of their ego makes them worthy and since her ex had cheated on her then she may be feeling rejected and in pursuit of proving to the cheater that she is better than the one he cheated on her with...these are all her problems and best to let her go as she is not accustom to love, order and gentlemanly values. This is on her and not you and with such people regardless of how much good you do for them and how much class you show them and how well and respectful you treat and interact with them they never find their balance as they internally are weak minded and low self esteemed and low class with values that are very different from you.
