Thank you for sharing this fabulous exercise. Wife and I are practising daily and noticed remarkable improvement in one day! After a week circulation is much better and sores are healing quickly, veins look much better in both mine and my wife's feet. Really simple, much better result than with doctors advice.

This is actually some of the best medical advice I've ever seen on YT. Simple and effective. I first learned about this decades ago when hearing about an elderly woman who hiked her whole life. That's when I learned that walking had major benefits to circulation. It makes sense because your feet and legs are furthest away from your heart ❤️

Good exercise. This is quite useful in long flights when a person remains confined to seat. This exercise increases blood circulation while sitting on seat.

I am 64 years and blessed with fantastic health. Your video makes sense as I have seen others with facing issues. I am very observant and seen people have more greenish legs below their calves, I always thought how I could combat this issue, hence found your video. You doing good for masses and do please continue doing good work.

This definitely works. It helped bring down the swelling in my legs and feet. Please make it a habit if you have issues with swelling. Even 100 pumps a day is enough to see a difference with time. Wish you who is reading this good health and happiness 😊!

Please practice this below for Diabetes have seen great results with 100s of patients- Kapalbhati 120 strokes × 3 Agnisaar Kriya 30 strokes × 3 rounds Udyan bandha 5 times Nadi Shuddhi 5 mins Akaar chanting 21 times in low pitch while feeling vibrations in the abdomen. Please do the practice shown in this video for 5 mins daily while standing and your feet will become healthy

Iam 77 and at every night at about 2 am my sleep was so disturbed ,as my left leg started paining, and i have to get up every 2 hrs and walk around my room several times to get it alright. I was having trouble with swelling in my feet and ankles. I had noticed it got much better at times and I didn’t know why until I saw your video. I had started doing this exercise to help with neuropathy and to help with walking . Thanks!❤

For those who have arthritis this exercise increases pain in knees. Personal experience. I have poor blood circulation n tingling sensation in feet. I practiced but pain increased after this.

After stroke, i started doing the suggested exercise unknowingly due to my both legs numbness. Now understood the outcome of the exercise and will do it the way it is recommended to restore blood circulations and get rid of numbness. thanks.

It's a sign God is taking care of you. Take up this opportunity and do this practice every single day for 5 min morning and evening for next 2 months. With a strong belief that it's working for you. It seems just like blinking is an exercise for our eyes, moving legs is also a very essential exercise for healthy legs and good blood flowing.

Slight swelling from groin downwards only on my right legs..other than that no pain Still I started this exercise from today ..daily I walk for 4km in 1 hour and..slight body movement exercises Is it due to my walk the difference in one leg..I am 65 yrs

@@rajeswarikgs1655 the contrast between the couch the carpet in your socks is not very differentiating. If you were wearing white socks your feet would show up very well with the dark background and you can see exactly what you were doing. I think I figured it out, and I'm doing it right now. Thanks for the video

I just saw your video and intend to practice this movement. I have found that if I awake at night, if I start to "flap" my feet, very similar to what you demonstrate, only laying down, then I soon return to sleep. After about three years of this I do it unconsciously every time I lay down; that warm feeling just spreads across the body, and I fall sleep.

I have cold feet due to poor blood circulation, and though I go for walks, and it has helped, my feet still remain cold at all times... Incorporating this exercise from today onwards... Will let you know after 30 days... Thanks for the video!

Hypothyroidism can also cause cold feet. Kindly check. Also, please practice this exercise 3 times a day especially before bed. You will notice improvement.
