I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & Diabetic neuropathy with chronic venous insufficiency in my feet and legs. After doing several off these exercises i actually felt tingling and feeling in my feet. They are completely numb most of the time. And i feel a nice warm tingling running up my legs up to my knee. Ohhhh it feels so good. This is a game changer for me. God Bless you!

Hi please reply..my sister is 63 and she has dnp...she can't walk without support and can't go outside alone...she had fallen once and got hurt to her head...not too much only bump...her vitamin d is 6.6 ng/dl...what can be the reason...😢

Here is my summary of the video. Bed Stretches 1. Toe pointers: Point toes away, hold 1 sec. Point toes back, hold 1 sec. 10x each direction. 2. Windshield wipers: Turn feet left, hold 1 sec. Turn feet right, hold 1 sec. 10x each side. 3. Foot sliders: Straighten one leg out, point toes. Slide back in. 10x each leg. 4. Knee lifts: Lift knees to chest. Point toes away & hold 1 sec. Point toes back & hold 1 sec. 10x. Chair Stretches 1. Heel-toe raises: Press heels down, raise toes up, hold 1 sec. Reverse, hold 1 sec. 5x. 2. Heel sliders: Press heel forward, straightening knee. Press toes down. Hold 1 sec. 5x each leg. 3. Leg lifts: Raise one leg straight up. Flex ankle. Hold 5 sec. 5x each leg. 4. Marching: Raise right knee up. Hold 1 sec. Lower. Raise left knee, hold 1 sec. 5x each leg. Standing Stretches 1. Stair heel raises: Put heels on step, raise up, hold 5 sec. Lower heels, hold 5 sec. 5x. 2. Step ups: Step up, raise heels, hold 5 sec. Step down. Repeat 5x. 3. Wall squat: Lean on wall, feet forward. Squat down, hold 5 sec. Come up. Repeat 5-10x.

Thank You so very much, Doctor. I have had a very challenging time being mobile for over twenty years. Chiropractic and acupuncture has kept me moving, often painfully, but moving. These exercises have enabled me to walk, with a rollator, for almost 2 kilometres, each time I go out. I used to only walk about the distance of 5 houses, so this is a huge improvement, both physically and psychologically. I thank you so much for this video, which has made this possible. You presented this so well, speaking slowly and clearly explaining and demonstrating what to do and how to do it. You were so relaxed while demoing the exercises that I had no fear of hurting myself or creating more pain. I have difficulty walking and was quite surprised and encouraged when I started these exercises three weeks ago, to discover how flexible my legs and feet were. That discovery encouraged me to keep repeating these exercises daily. My hips are still quite stiff, but my legs are so much stronger and the blood circulation is improving. Thank you for your kindness and the time and effort you invested in creating this video. I share your feelings about these life changing exercises. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis & Diabetic Neuropathy with chronic venous insufficiency. I am 77 years n having stiff toes n feet.Tks a ton Doctor for these exercises.I have been doing ankle pumps,leg raises,lifting my legs 60 degrees n felt well. Today I tried your exercises n my feet felt so much better. God bless you always.Love you.

Love how your videos are easy to follow, simple yet effective, and how patiently you demonstrate each step and how you verbalize it along with the demonstration, everything just flows together…. And there is this sense of calm and hope that things can be worked on or even fixed. And these exercises, ppl are able to do from a sitting position or even bed. Dear Dr, Rowe, the exercise have been a great help. It is now about more than a month and cramps have reduced. The best thing which has happened is that the dark portions on skin on both sides of ankles are clearing. That is amazing. I thought those darkn patches will never go away. Thanks a million. I love the fact that you give levels of strengthening, whether in bed, a chair, or standing. I have lower back issues, so I can't always stand, but I can do a chair exercise and get the same results!

Excellent tutorial,I'm pushing 71,very Pettit 110 pounds, always executed working out, and don't look my age,but from a serious accident, over 30 years ago, fracture neck, 4and 5 disks,,never allowed any z surgery done ,just continued to exercise, eat healthy and just survived on my own,, don't believe, taking meds,, anyone can do it, set your goals, only the strong survives, thank you for the tutorial Zoe

Tried this, 3 sets of 10 reps. I've been suffering from painfully cold feet for years now and doctors just kind of brush it aside. I'm already feeling a difference and will be adding this to my rheumatism exercises!

I have neuropathy and taking Gabapentin (300mg) to help. For some reason, recently while sleeping, I started to get severe pain. I received notification of this video. It was a godsend. It has helped so much on my 2nd day of doing these stretching exercises I was able to sleep through the night. I do them 30 minutes before going to sleep. I ❤️ this. Thank you.

Few days ago we went to a 3 day vacation to Rhode Island. We just noticed in so many pictures we have that my legs have darker colors compared to my normal fair skin. And now I just found myself watching your video doc. I searched for some reasons why my legs are turning dark. One of them is lack of blood circulation around the legs. Now I guess I can try many of the sample exercises you shared us. I hope it will help me solve my problem and worries. Thank you and God bless you always

I do the first excerise that you showed throughout the day. Just pointing and the toe forward and then back. Several months ago I was suffering from my ankles swelling up and saw this excerise on a utube program. It took down the swelling and I have changed my diet and now no swelling at all. Thank you for the additional excerise which I know will really help ❤

Although I walk a lot, my long-standing problem is that when I lie down I have an abnormal need for someone to massage my calves! I can't always "torture" my wife, but sometimes she helps, squeezes my calves or sits on them, that helps me! However, I would like to have a device similar to a device for measuring blood pressure! When a doctor or nurse puts that around and squeezes! I wish something like that existed to squeeze my calves! To squeeze and loosen, up, down! Is it there to buy? 🙂

It ws on my second visit in April of 94 tht I met my now wife at Mildenhall AFB. She ws living in Saffron Walden and had come to "Air Fete 94". My last trip to England ws 2yrs ago. I am hoping to go agn in October

Thank you, Dr. Rowe! Several years ago I had both hips replaced, just 3 months apart. Many of these exercises are the ones I was taught in therapy to help me get walking well again. I'd forgotten many of them and have been off my feet a lot due to needing 3 bones fused in my right foot thanks to plantar fasciitis gone wild! 😅 So this is good stuff!

Wow wow it is just amazing exercises which I’ve ever tried. I suffer from L5S1 bulge problem. My foot were always cold and unbearable pains hurt me 1 months. Yesterday I tried some of them. I’m so happy. They really work. Thank you doc. God bless you

Thank you so much dr. Rowe for these exercises. I have a sitting down job, and I sit for long hours as a work-at-home person. I have a tendency two words ankle swelling and also foot swelling. I feel that these exercises will be very beneficial to promote proper circulation and to alleviate the swelling.

This is so relieving. My muscles did not contract once. I have poor circulation because I sit a lot throughout the day. Usually have muscle contractions when I try to do one or more of these.

Good job Doc. Before even trying your exercises I know they work, doing them helps me a lot. Stretching is a necessity for me, ideal with scoliosis and sciatica and I’m a tall female with long legs; a perfect candidate for spinal issues…

I used to suffer serious pain in my legs when I walked....being diabetic I assumed that it was the cause .one day I decided to exercise my legs....many of them similar to those that appear in your video....but nowhere has comprehensive.....it helped me a lot....the pain stopped or was never as serious as before.....now armed with what I've seen in your video...I just know that it's going to help tremendously....thank you so much

after a long day I do one of those: knees up 90degrees and then "walk" with my feet 50 to 100 steps. Helps great for bloodflow and when you have swelling (like water in feet) ❤️

Thank u doc these are sum really good stretches I seriously thank u for sharing this info it helps so much I wish other doctors would kno stuff like this to help people thanks to u caring is hard to come by and so is helpful information most suggestions don’t change much and the basic info isn’t helpful it almost don’t even help .... but I felt everyone one of your exercises work dramatically just after the first time.... this guy is not only a good doctor he’s awesome super helpful and u don’t hear nothing like this info from anybody else ... this doc is now my favorite because he the simple exercises he shows u how to do it correctly if I had thumbs on my toes I’d giv four thumbs thanks doc ur the best Please if u can mention anything else just like these ones that would awesome brother ..... I was stumped didn’t kno how to get any better circulation in my lower legs these are doin the trick and I can’t say more positive things about this doctor ...u rock !!!!
