I have a tip for Takeda then. When he's jumping, just block low. all of his conditioning goes away when you block low early in the match. He has no real overhead threats besides a jump in. if you mostly block low, he's reliant on a kameo for an overhead. But meta is sektor hit confirming air low shuriken, so just block low. If he starts mixing jump-ins good, either read body language and jump before he does or take the risk and upblock.

@maskoftiers77788 facts . I hate going against characters with zoning and innate life leads (katana/jax, reiko/tremor, liu kang/sub zero) you have make on read ice slides which can get you punished for 40%

As a ashra main a really good tip to beat her is when you knock her down stay jump distance away that’s the perfect distance to see if she does wake-up ( which if your jump distance away you’ll punish each time) and it’s also good enough distance away to where if she doesn’t do wake-up you can take a step forward and continue your pressure

You guys gotta be careful with ashrah because for her enhanced version she can sometimes get you off guard with a jump kick. Uppercut is universal so if you got two bars cancel it, but otherwise be careful

After a while an ashrah main will still punish if u jump. Li mei’s projectile can’t even be jump kicked cause it recovers too fast.

as a smoke main: 1) use sektor tremor or kano (i personally use kano works just aswell) 2) if you play against him b2,f3 all have gaps so you can easily d1 and take ur turn back cause in certain mu its hard for him to take his turn back, f4 just duck and his new move will make him move basically go on the other side’s position and its unsafe like crazy 3) MASTER THE CANCELS I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH YOU DROP ONE CANCEL YOU DIE😭
