Thank you so much for the recipe, but also for showing the steps of cleaning and caring for steamer. I am inexperienced with these kinds of things, so I am doing my best to learn.

Very nice recipes, thank you. I can't wait to try some of them with my bamboo steamer (usually I only do fish or dumplings in it). 😊 I use cabbage or lettuce leaves instead of steaming paper as I can compost them afterwards. The steaming cloth is a geat idea!
Thank you for sharing! I have been steaming dumplings and I wasn't sure what else to do. These are great ideas and I cannot wait to try them out! Your photography is lovely, I know you worked hard on it.
Most genius steamer set up. Ty 4 showing us the way to do it without a steamer too. 💙

Ah, I was a little late to seeing this one but it is good timing: I have been cooking with my steamer this week and want to use it more and this has some delicious inspiration for me, thank you. I only have a metal collapsing steamer but it does take up less space than the bamboo even if it is not as pretty and I must put it in a big pot with a lid to use. I put some kabocha in mine yesterday and it was really good! Are the cooking cloths ok in the microwave? I was thinking of getting some for when I reheat frozen rice as I get sad at how much paper towels I use. Making refrigerator storage by cutting the handles and folding down the top of paper bags has been very good for keeping vegetables organised and it helps them not get too damp. I also like to cut milk cartons into small trays/drawers to make it easier to access things at the back of the fridge or cupboard.
❤❤ 🎉🎉I usually like to use corn leaves, lotus leaves, or bamboo leaves as substitutes for steaming paper or cloth, it's more fragrant and easier to clean!

Hi from Brazil! I have a bamboo steamer and was happy to find a channel with chinese recipes and cleaning orientation, but in japanese !!! 😅 It was worth it! Arigatō❤
I really enjoyed this video. I often stir fry, but want to try something new. These simple recipes are healthy and fresh and I’m interested in Blue Zone cooking(healthy). Wondered about additional variety of vegetables one could use. Nicely produced video, Thank You.
Merci pour tout, j'aime beaucoup le contenu de votre chaîne et par-dessus tout les sous-titrage permettant ainsi un large public de s'y retrouver. Vous faites du bon travail courage 😊
The dishes you recommend are very delicious. Thank you

This looks so so delicious, I definitely need to try it out! Since I live in the Netherlands, I don't have an easy access to thinly sliced pork or this specific type of fish. Would tofu and salmon work as well? Also, the rice that you used during one of the days, was it frozen? I wasn't sure if it's okay to freeze rice. Thank you for providing us with this amazing recipe!

You can definitely freeze rice! Plastic wrap is the easiest way, although you can also use a sheet of baking paper to wrap it up if you don't want to use plastic. Glass bowls work too. Don't pack the rice in too tightly when freezing.
