Hey y'all I wanted to do a follow up video to my fasting/wellness journey video from a few weeks ago! I wanted to share a week of me fasting and feasting. Keep in mind this is what works for ME. You don't have to do what I do. There are millions of ways to lose weight or arrive to a healthier state. I also want to reiterate that I am not looking for advice. This has worked for me and you should be doing what works for you. Do your own research and make sure to consult a doctor before deciding to fast. I hope this is insightful!

Thank you so much for sharing your fasting journey with us. I was already doing the 16:8 fast every day. When I saw your first video about ADF, I said to myself, let me give it a try. And I can already tell that it works well. I have already dropped weight and its only been a couple of weeks. I will say the hardest part is cooking food for my family on fast days (a hubby and two small kids). But I power through knowing I will have the leftovers the next day 😆 I drink a little plain coffee and tea and a LOT of water on my fast days. And I agree with most that if you stay busy on the fast days, you don't notice that you aren't eating. So thank you for motivating me to try new things. Cant wait to see more of your progress and wishing you all the best on your goals 🤗

That is so smart to start when you’re not hungry anymore bc I felt like going from my first “feast” to “fast” day, I kept looking at the clock, thinking of things I could eat before I “ran out of time” 😅. I'm going to try the ADF. I've been doing IF, and my weight loss is great, but I want more of a challenge. I'm following the suggested channels you advised. I do a lot of low impact cardio, but I'm going to start introducing weight training. I don't need "giggly skin"..lol Your program is awesome. Your progress is awesome!!! This is a great follow up. Thank you for sharing. I was wondering do you ever use herbal teas without sugar...with fasting you can get like air or gas building up from hunger and I think tea may help??

I do have some questions, and please forgive me if they are dumb questions or if I missed your answer in one of the videos. What does your fasting times look like? In other words what time do you usually start and end and do you stick with that time frame? Also you stated you get cold, does that have anything to do with low iron?

You're welcome. I fast 3-4 days a week for 36 hours and on feasting days I eat within a 12 hour window. So if I start Sunday night at 8pm, I will break my fast Tuesday at 8am.Yes I stick to that time frame most of the time. I would watch my first video about how I used to fast earlier in the year. Yes I get cold because of something I mentioned called Ketosis. In Ketosis your body is diverting the energy meant for heat generation to fat burning. So it's a good thing, you just have to prepare for it to happen.

I dove right in been fasting since 2018❤ I do extend it sometimes I do 72s sometimes I do 65 sometimes I do 36s I’m getting married in January destination Africa so I have until February 1 to get at least I wanna knock 30 pounds off so I can do that I’ve done it before I incorporate soups for three days. I incorporate the fasting. Of course I incorporate raw just to get to the goal, but if we’re speaking about sustainability, then I usually like to do 20 hour fasting day just to sustain the weight loss if that works perfect for me, but I really like alternate fasting lost about 30 pounds during 20 hour fast one meal a day which is all that and that worked great for me, but I’m gonna go ahead and go for the gusto because I’m on a time crunch and I should’ve started earlier but procrastination gets the best of us sometimes and mine was not right. I was stressed out so don’t be stressed out guys it’s a killer. Thanks for the video love it. I’ve been looking around for new faces and I just subscribe. The week of I still fast but I always listen to my body. If I’m like “I can’t get through this” I will end my fast early and try again the next day

I like that you can still have chooses and still loose weight. The reason I never am successful is because I try and eliminate all the sweets, carbs and that just doesnt work for me so i think ill try the fasting.

Ive had to channel my energy to. Im just in a different head space. The next 4 years are gonna be crazy and I have so much anxiety and anger behind it. They shpuld have did a recount. Dont trust them at all.

36 hours of no eating just water or low calorie drinks. Followed by a day of “normal eating” I do this 3-4 days a week
