I'm a 20 year old woman attending college at Cornell University and I cannot describe how refreshing it is to have a female role model that is modest and confident in her values. Could you please make a video for early teenage girls with out a mom? It would be very helpful to have some type of guidance (a good one ) to go to when teens get period for the first time tips to handle feminine hygiene. It would be wonderful to have a place where they can get all those tips that topically a mom will give a girl when she starts changing to be a woman. That’s the perfect time to set a good foundation for a healthy, strong, feminine woman. It could include diet, acne care, how start adding woman clothing, how to maintain their nails and hair, learn what is their role as a woman, developing a student in life actitud, time management etc...

I never thought I'd get addicted to your content! I gotta admit, the first time I read your titles, I felt slightly iffy on the constant mention of "femininity." My head jumped onto conclusions of instruction for submission, but instead, I found really practical and useful knowledge that I can apply in my own life (which I'm also in process of). It's nice to hear affirmation from a grown woman (other than my mom) about learning basic life skills really and not being judged for being "dull" or "methodic." While I hold modern feminist views, I also highly value my mom's more traditional approaches in life because they are useful adult skills--especially if one plans to live on their own someday. Thank you Mrs. Midwest, you are truly a gem in the KZbin space xoxo

I would like to add that investing is something you can do when you are a young woman, I guess which goes with the financial aspect. I know some people struggle financially and are in debt, and if that's the case of course pay off the debts first. I do drive but I know some people don't because it's a personal choice or because they can't afford it financially. It's okay to drive. It's okay not to drive. It's okay to wear makeup, it's okay not to wear makeup. The life is yours. Don't care so much about what others think, because in the end, it won't matter. Take the advice you want, and do accordingly. Thanks for sharing this video. God bless you all 🥰🙌

Thank you for this video. It is very helpful. What I love about your channel, is that unlike many channels that speak about these topics, yours is quite visibly directed at women. I feel at peace watching your videos and I feel like you are speaking to me as a friend. With many others I have felt like they aimed to gain male viewers from the "red pill" community. I don't care much about that community so this isn't a comment against them, I just want to say it is refreshing to see a channel that is aimed towards more conservative young women and that doesn't constantly speak about how inherently flawed women are when touching these issues. Thank you and God bless :).

We dug through my mom's old file cabinet, found our vaccination records, made copies, scheduled an appointment and *WILLINGLY* let a woman stab needles into our arms! 😆 We were both nervous but both extremely proud of ourselves and each other for taking action to better our health. It felt SO good.. well... the shots weren't pleasurable, but the feeling of having done some serious "adulting" felt *extremely* satisfying! Thanks again for all you do, dear. Driving was always the bane of my existence. I started learning when I was 15 but I never got the hang of it. My mom would always have anxiety attacks when I was in behind the wheel and when my dad tried to teach me he taught me alot of bad habits. So I took the test 5 times and failed. Another thing that contributed to the anxiety was being watched and graded. Afterwards I the testing center mandated I take 6 official driving classes, which were very expensive, but the instructor there were used to dealing with nervous drivers and with people who had failed the test multiple times so they taught exactly what was needed to pass the test. Next time I took the test before I started I told the grader that I have anxiety so please bear with me and he acknowledged it and after I did the 90 degree back he told me I did well and that gave me confidence to pass the rest of the test! I've been driving now for 5 years and it's the most freedom I can describe. Being able to go anywhere without relying on others or waiting on the bus schedule for 1 hour. To anyone struggling with this stay strong! It is worth it.

The driving one hit me hard... especially since I always volunteer to drive, because I have more competence and more miles behind the wheel than any other person I know. People who are uncomfortable/irresponsible/inexperienced driving their own vehicle make me scream internally, as do people who drive even when they clearly shouldn't. Get to know your vehicle until it becomes an extension of your body and treat it at least as well as your favorite pet. Or just Uber everywhere.

Your parents probably want the best for you. If you have some good reasons you want to be a homemaker, they may be more open to it. For instance, Caitlin says that she stays home because her husband's work schedule disallowed for them to have time together. And for me, I am a part time homemaker working retail to make ends meet so I can stay home and be with my one year old son. Remember, ultimately, your life is your own, and you make your own decisions. No one can tell you what to do. Disclaimer: Full- time homemaking is not a good option if you live with your parents. Responsibility means taking at least a part time job to help pay rent. Part time homemaking can be really beneficial too. 😊

Tommy & Leyla Brown I totally agree with you. There’s no need to tell them. After you get married that’s a decision between YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND! I can’t emphasize that enough. At that point your parents will have nothing to do with your decision. Also, you don’t know if at the moment you get married you will see the need of getting a job until you can be a full time homemaker. Demonstrate your parents that you are becoming into a responsible adult in all your actions and behavior so they can trust that you will make a good decision when the moment of getting married arrives. Don’t abandon your career because you never know if you will need it.

honestly, i thought being adult was just something that would happen automatically when u reach a certain age. I didnt realize til recently that it had to be a long list of intentional and conscious choices to do things that normally my younger self wouldnt choose to do :o

I realized the same too.

I stopped driving after a very bad accident. (Brakes went out with my suburban full of children at the very top of the hills in duluth, mn... bad bad bad news... just not ready after that) At this point I'm just not comfortable getting behind the wheel. Maybe someday.... right now I can hardly be a passenger 😕 this was a wonderful video and you have a beautiful presence ♡♡♡

This year I'm going to start college, I feel as if I need to grow up a bit now since things are changing and, well, I need to adapt to those. Thank you so much for this video. I love your content and specially how you show to everyone that mixing up femininity with stupidness and weakness (misogynistic thoughts by the way) is a huge mistake. Again, thank you so much, you clarified a lot of thing to a confused teenager. ❤️
