Ive seen and tried a variation on the cable front raise where you go all the way to vertical instead of hitting the horizontal . Engages abit more of the shoulder and upper back . I was shown a variation of the dumbell / cable bent over row ( single hand ) where instead of keep ing your elbow tight to the body and engage the Lats , you flare your elbow out and your hand as you raise up . This engages the upper back and delts ( rear and middle )

@robertcunningham9626 Жыл бұрын
One thing that I noticed which is really cool about your sets is that you go with lightweight. How is that people at big muscles usually use heavy weights but you're more into definition at this point?
@UlissesWorld3 ай бұрын
That's a great observation, brother! The truth is, muscle definition and size are influenced by more than just the weight you lift. It's about how you lift, the volume of your workouts, and the intensity you bring to each session. I've found that lighter weights with higher reps can be incredibly effective for sculpting and defining muscles because they allow you to maintain better form and keep the muscles under tension longer. This method really emphasizes the 'time under tension' principle, which is crucial for muscle growth and definition. Using lighter weights also reduces the risk of injury, allowing you to train consistently and without interruption. It's all about the mind-muscle connection-focusing intensely on the contraction and movement of the muscle rather than merely lifting heavy. This approach helps in refining the muscle, enhancing its shape, and improving overall muscle quality. Remember, it’s not just about the size of the weights but how effectively you can stimulate the muscle fibers to grow and define. It's about training smart and listening to your body, ensuring you can keep pushing your limits without compromising on form or risking injuries.

Hello
@kiereec5 ай бұрын
Would you do all of these in one session?
@UlissesWorld3 ай бұрын
Absolutely, brother! When I designed that shoulder cable workout with those 10 exercises, the idea was to offer a comprehensive session that targets all aspects of the shoulders. Each exercise is chosen to hit different parts of the deltoids-front, side, and rear-to ensure a balanced workout that promotes muscle growth and symmetry. It's intense, but it's structured to maximize effectiveness. If you're up for the challenge, doing all 10 exercises in one session can be incredibly rewarding. It's all about pushing through with intensity and dedication. Remember, it's crucial to listen to your body and adjust the intensity based on your fitness level and goals.
