ice Vid...just a question though Around 3:35 you seem to be leaning quite a lot forward, wouldn't this engage the upper part of the pec?, would it be harder to use a seat with the back hat 90 deg's therefore making it a strict military press engaging shoulders only? 🙏

Naturally, I’m impressed with how ‘natural’ his form is at pressing. It’s only ‘natural’ for a fanboy to wanna emulate this ‘natural’ athlete. This man is the creation of mother ‘nature’ and hard work. It the dictionary under ‘natural’ is a picture of his deltoids. Natural.

Is it pretty normal as an intermediate lifter to not get horribly sore shoulders,but just super tired after a lift. I have tried to isolate more and more,but dont notice extreme soreness. I do lots of reps and alt between heavy and light

With doing the side laterals how much typical weight would you recommend

Depends whether you are a beginner or not. Usually around 3-5kg for beginner, 8-12kg for experienced lifters.It is better to do higher reps. I was struggling a lot with side delts but thanks to resistance bands and 4kg dumbbells I made some gains. Most people tend to go heavy on this but their traps is doing most of the work. Go light and high reps !
