working on it. on the chicken wing stage lol..tbh, i was more impressed with your high pullup, that my next or concurrent goal to do a nice more strict mucleup. thx for the advice. i gonna start doing some weight pullups that will help both goals

No worries, we’ve all been there! If you’re struggling with ab strength for the pull-over, start by working on leg raises and planks to build core stability. Gradually, your core strength will improve, and the pull-over will get easier! Keep at it! 💪
