Definitely need to practice on the backwards cross step 😅 I'm struggling just to do it so I did not even bother to try it with my rope. I would just whip me ! Same for the shuffle move. They look like dance moves and I'm unfortunately à terrible dancer ! I'm not even talking about the combo you make at the end. But I'm so motivated ! I will do it ! Everyday practice I'm sooooo ready for it ! Thank you so much for all your videos, keep your great work and your energy !

Do you use a shorter rope because of the tricks and footwork? I started jumping for exercise over quarantine, but my rope length is based on height recommendations. I ask because you're the 2nd person I've seen in the same day with a shorter rope and similar style (hands are lower by your side). Thanks for the video too! I've already been practicing some of these but this video added some new drills for me to practice 😊.
