Loving my skipping at the moment, it's my go to exercise. Some of these I am doing without knowing the names and the final one I will definitely try. Currently focusing on cross skips which you have really helped with. I'm currently up to 3 consecutive ones. Love this, thank you.

@@whatamess9753 you got this! Remember to warm up and listen to your body. I ignored mine and ended up spraining my ankle. Recently got back into just last week. Keep it up and keep jumping.

Im a beginner for jumping rope and i found out i do really like it. Ur channel teaches me a lot. It's awesome. Now im facing a problem. Since i have been practicing a lot, i found out that my forearm and shoulders r so sore and burning so bad when i am doin jump rope. But the breathing is still fine. Am i keeping myself too tight? I dont feel my wrist is working much instead of forearm. Its not correct, is it?
