Gran Turismo HD and Gran Turismo for Boys. GT HD seems to be a full fledged, full game length tech demo with GT4 tracks upscaled and new tracks including Eiger Nordwand. It also included not just new cars, but also bikes from Tourist Trophy. Only one demo was released before cancellation: Gran Turismo HD Concept, which featured 10 cars including one Ferrari car, which was the first time the brand was featured in the series, and Eiger Nordwand as the only track in the demo. Work on GTHD was integrated into Gran Turismo 5 instead. Gran Turismo for Boys was conceptualized as a Kart Racing Simulator, which would be a major standout compared to other Kart Racers, and was aimed for younger players. However, when Kazunori Yamauchi, the series director, learned that even the target audience also play the mainline GT titles, GT for Boys was canceled, but the idea of Racing Karts were later implemented in Gran Turismo 5.

I’m still annoyed how Jak and Daxter seemed to be ignored by Sony. They should have realized on how well Crash Nsane Trilogy was received that people still want an remake of the classics, and remaking Jak and Daxter would go a long way to restore faith after the the TLOU 2/ Part 1 Remake debacle.

I hate how there actually 2 Legacy of Kain game that got cancelled. First the Dark Prophecy back in PS2, and then Dead Sun in PS4. I love this franchise...sucks to see this happen.

the real Naughtydog doesnt exist anymore, the ppl who made it great have left already, its just Neil Druckman and his band of activists who work there now. their main goal is social messaging, not making good games.

I'd go with JAK 4. Just recently, Naughty Dog canceled THE LAST OF US ONLINE MULTIPLAYER game for PS5 in favor of developing more single-player narrative games. And so, two more projects are in the works at the developer, and they could be the following: - The Last of Us Part III - Jak 4 - New IP

The cancellation of Maximo 3 is so unfair and it deserves a second chance. This game was going to be the final chapter to the series and the conculsion to Maximo's quest of finding Princess Sophia (Plot Twist: Sophia is the main villain and the reason why she left Maximo because she goes to the city of Mashhad and join the band of cultists called "The Body of Chūt".)

Interesting thoughts for jak and Daxter 4 i wonder if there was a 3 then lost frontier then 4 possibly to continue 3,s ending like they did with 1, 2,3 in the jak and Daxter series the story seems to follow each other 1 starts 2 followed then 3 i couldn't wait for 4 but unfortunately they canned 🥫 it before it had a chance i myself would not mind taking 4 out for a test drive if i could of now i got 1 2 3 and the lost frontier in this series thanks for sharing the information about #4 it's sad it never came to life😔🙏

Playstation Studios had quite a handful of franchises they could create and finish. I'd definitely be down for a continuation of the Jak and Daxter series given they take it into a direction starting from the first game in the series.

Twisted Metal: Harbor City's cancellation was a major disappointment. While the on foot segments may have been a mandate by Sony, I felt those segments as well as the open world would have actually added something new to Twisted Metal since Black was somewhat criticized for being the same as the first two games, just car combat with no changes. At least some of the vehicle models would be recycled into Head-On.

Personally, with everything that’s happening at naughty dog on their team I think they can make a good Jak and Daxter game again. I know it seems impossible and too much to ask for, but… I still think naughty dog can make another jak game again. Even if it’s a third person shooter mixed in with some platforming I still think they can pull it off. even though I don’t like the last of us part two I still love, naughty dog. I still think it’s a good company. It’s just different nowadays.

If they truly took the time to understand what made the legacy of Kaine so good then there wouldn't be a problem but unfortunately they did kill off soul reaver series after Kaine killed off the one that started the soul reaver series(outside of Kaine himself his 1st champion)i do own the first in the series on ps1 then i have soul reaver 2 and defiance in the soul reaver series to bad i never got a chance to test drive the last one before it was canceled😔🙏

The reason NFS: The Run isn't downloadable on today's consoles is because of the soundtrack, which involves licensed music EA no longer has the license to use.
