I'm really egg-cited to share this video with you. Eating so many eggs can be a little egg-streme, but I wanted to eggs-aggerate the benefits of these egg-ceptional little nutritonal powerhouses. Make sure to watch the whole video to see eggs-actly how I've made these taste eggs-plosive.

Your recipe with the pepper: I've been doing this one for a long time - I call them flower eggs! The only difference is I cut the pepper slices thinner, then leave them to cook almost to the end, then put the egg in; so we eat the whole thing. My pan can take 8 and they really look like flowers as I use different colors. Love your videos, Nicole

I've tried slow cooking eggs on low for a long time. They turn nutty and brown. They're pretty good. I like the layered omelette idea! Can't believe I've never tried it!

In West Sumatra, Indonesia, we have what we call "teh talua" or "teh telur" which is basically hot tea mixed with egg (I think only the yolk?). Usually sugar and lime are added to improve the taste. To me it tasted kinda like milk tea, but more rich. It can be a nice addition to these egg menus I suppose :)

Such a great video! I definitely want to try the steamed eggs. I’ve tried to make cloud bread before and it was a complete failure, but seeing you make it, I want to try again! :)

Great ideas for cooking eggs on keto!!! My I suggest a few egg souffles and quiches for another meal prep video or quick grab and a go items. I would gladly eat them cold. Thanks so much....I can't get enough....lol Below is my quiche recipe. See if you get any ideas from this recipe. Smoked cheese takes it to a whole new level but not everyone likes it. Pam's Crustless Spinach Quiche Family Favorite since 2008. Ready in 40 to 50 mins.(One of my top requested recipes) 1 T olive oil 1 med onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves 8 oz fresh Organic Baby Spinach 7 eggs, beaten 8oz Monterey/Jack cheese, cubed 4oz Monterey cheese, cubed 1 c Mexican blend shredded cheese. (Smoked cheese is also amazing in this quiche too!). 2 T grated parmesan/Romano mix Dash of cayenne pepper 1/8 t ground turmeric 1/4 t garlic salt 1/8 t fresh ground black pepper 2 Ripe Roma tomatoes seeded & chopped or 1-8oz can diced tomatoes, well drain 4oz can sliced mushrooms well drained & squeezed or 7 fresh medium sized sliced 7 slices of bacon fried & cut into ½” pieces 1.) Preheat oven to 375F. Butter a 9” deep dish pie pan, mine is ceramic pie dish. 2.) Heat oil in lg skillet on med-high heat. Add onions & cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft. Stir in spinach, turmeric, mushrooms & garlic; continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated. (Fresh spinach cooks fast). 3.) In lg bowl, combine eggs, cheeses, garlic salt, pepper, tomatoes, cayenne & parmesan/Romano cheese. Add cooked spinach mixture & stir to blend. (In buttered 9" deep dish pie plate sprinkle 1/3 of bacon pieces on bottom.) Pour or ladle out ½ of quiche mixture slowly into prepared pie pan. Take a fork & spread chunky pieces around to even out filling. Top with 1/3 more of bacon pieces and repeat one more time. 4). Bake in preheated oven at 375F for 30 mins then reduce to 350F for 15 to 20 mins more. Test with a knife in center of quiche for doneness. Top of quiche will be golden around the edges. Let cool for 20 mins before serving.). btw I have no nutritional counts on this recipe.

Egg coffee as breakfast I make this today, but instead of heavy whipping cream, I use coconut milk left overnight in fridge (it had a mousse-like texture), use 2 eggs and brewed 1 pack of coffee. I combined the eggs and coconut milk in the blender and later on add the coffee on top and blend it again for 3 secs. The taste is okay but the smell is a bit eggy(maybe because I used 2 eggs), but overall, I'm proud to say that I'm still not feeling hungry and in fact, I clean my entire room, do dishes and clean the living room, and still have the energy to boot! I took at 8:25 AM (Malaysian time) and still kicking strong :D

Eggs make some people sick! And this Keto thing isn’t great for everyone! People actually can’t digest yokes so why aren’t you showing eggs without the yoke!
@valbrenneman90716 жыл бұрын
Don't do keto if it's not your thing! Or if you don't eat yokes, leave them out! But for me, it was an answer to prayer.

@mrs.l60846 жыл бұрын
Val Brenneman my point is it’s not for everyone in the world and they haven’t proved that it’s healthy long term! And really the comment was for the man who made this video. Are you that man?
@FatForWeightLoss6 жыл бұрын
Hi Trisha, Val made a very good point. Eggs can make some people sick, especially if they are auto immune suppressed. I’m not a doctor, so I cannot provide any dietary advice, but if I were looking for recipes without eggs, I’d hope KZbin might not show this video. Please respect other people in comments, as I respect you.
