I have just got my Powerplay and the instant torque is really good, when your going over some rock too slow and will stall because of pedal strike, the pedal only has to move a fraction to pick up speed and carry you past it without striking the Pedal

EatSleepMoguls riding my new ebike for the first time last week I rode it just like I ride a regular bike and it was just as hard work but I was on a full suspension bike with much wider tyres. Same speed or even more but way more comfort.

Chris Till more comfortable you say. I think any bike would be more comfortable if you strap a motor to it. Not Convinced. Stay true to the sport...

EatSleepMoguls Going the same speed on a full suspension ebike with 62mm schwalbe supermoto x tyres as I did on a rigid urban bike with 32mm tyres. It’s pretty cool. You should try it.

why is it so hard to paddle with flat battery? is it due to the extra weight of the bike, or due the resistance of the motor? i'm looking into a shimano e8000 equipped bike which has apparently a mild resistance on flat battery

Neil, I see you trying to climb, in my experience you need to raise the seat and sit on it, with the extra power of an E-Bike you need to weight the rear or you will just spin out as in your video, if you feel the bike try to wheely, then slide forward on the seat but don't stand otherwise you shift the weight forward unweighting the rear. Try it, see if I am wrong Great video as usual, I really enjoy the channel, keep it up

And it always makes me laugh when you have to be concerned with the potential of exceeding the motor cut off exiting corners. I’ve never managed to be that smooth that I’ve exited a corner too fast for the pedal assist!!! Riding goals though! 😁
