YES! I'm finally catching up on my girl Kayla's video! Girl, I can relate, I had irregular periods, fatigue, etc I just wasn't feeling myself due to a specific food challenge I was doing that did not agree with my body. Doing my own research, I found your amazing channel, downloaded your FREE 7 Day Detox, ( which I'll be doing later this month or early in April) started drinking several of your smoothies and make food in your food prep videos. I did this for 3 weeks, the next month, I got my period back, and slowly but surely, I'm starting to feel better. I'll be purchasing your 21 day challenge. You're so right Kayla, diet and nutrition really do play a huge role in balancing your hormones! Thank you for this educational, beneficial and MUCH needed video!! PS- Forgive me for my long book I wrote LOL

@@KaylaJChandler hi there, I'm a new subscriber. I came across your channel yesterday and I'm so glad I did. I'm 55 years old and I had a hysterectomy 23 years ago. I also have hypothyroidism so I'm trying to start eating healthier... Can I eat all these things instead of taking HRT? I don't like taking them cuz they give me palpitations 🙈 but will this stuff help with dryness / vag atrophy as well? If not, can this issue be fixed naturally through nutrition? Thank you and God bless you for helping so many people. 🙏😊

I am 55 years old and my doctor said my estrogen levels are low due to my hysterectomy 23 years ago so if these foods prevent estrogen dominance then what do I eat to get more estrogen naturally instead of using HRT to get my levels higher 😊

@Kayla Chandler Separate subject, but wonder as nutritionist your thoughts on foods specific in aiding diverticulosis. Gastroenterologist states they identify with disease more so than nutritionist as deal with patients hands on witnessing diet/disease affects. Avoidance of seeds/nuts/popcorn/corn awhile now- since family members become aware of. Recent hospitalization believed from particular wheat bread with larger ‘hard nodules’ left in, so cut that particular one out now. Appreciate video on this, or suggestions for more detailed information on it in general- surprising how this doesn’t seem covered in detail much, with so many affected. Thanks for your time.

Ginger tea you can boil it for 10 minutes peeled or unpeeled after you strain it in cup add 1/2lemon squeezed and a tablespoon of honey...ginger works in curries stir fry just zest it or grate it finely or cut small it's also good if you make fresh carrot juice and juice an inch or 1/2inch ginger to juice while juicing can add apple to sweeten juice apple with it add other greens and beets and so many other things...you can put ginger in smoothies too like a 1/2inch to 1 inch

@@KaylaJChandler - Thank you, ma'am! I also wanted to share that Blue Sky Family Farms produces soy-free, free range eggs. It's the only brand I could find that was soy-free. Why are chickens being fed soy? Soy wrecks havoc on hormones. What's happening with our food sources is so frustrating. Finding food that don't negatively trigger your hormones is becoming more and more difficult 😔. Your channel is a true blessing. The information and receips are great. I'm so happy you're a resource I can turn to for advice.

Wild caught seafood really is in a class of its own in terms of getting in those EPA’s and DHA’s (omega 3’s). They’re so good for brain health. Some other foods that have omega 3’s include ground flax, chia, and walnuts. Also a high quality fish oil works too!
