Gamers are understandably passionate about their favorite pastime and sometimes that passion can affect an upcoming game, sometimes for better or worse. For this list we’ll be looking at times the fan outcry was so strong it affected a developer’s decisions about their game. In this video, Cole McGrath’s character model update did not go over well with the fanbase, Halo Infinite’s underwhelming reveal led to a massive delay, Assassin’s Creed Unity’s numerous bugs and glitches led to a re-evaluation of the series and so many more. Final Fantasy XIV. It was doing so bad that the servers were shut down and there was a massive cataclysm that practically destroyed the world. The game was rebuilt from the ground up and rereleased as Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn

Honorable Mentions: *Final Fantasy 14 -Naoki Yoshida was brought on board to fix the problem. His solution: BLOW THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD IN THE GAME SKY HIGH! In other words, shut down and scrap the original FF14 and start anew. And that's how we got among the best MMORPGs in recent memory, Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn. *Street Fighter 5 -The game had very few features and characters at launch. There wasn't even an arcade mode. Luckily multiple updates has since redeemed SF5. And when SF6 was released in 2023, it was good out of the gate. *All of Digital Homicide's games -Unfortunately, depending on how devs and publishers respond, not all games affected by fan backlash end happily. As is the fate of Digital Homicide. After receiving an onslaught of negative press from their bad games, what do they do? Do they take the criticism to heart and use it to better their craft? No, their "solution" is to file lawsuits against hundreds of Steam users who spoke badly about them. In response, Steam delisted ALL OF DIGITAL HOMICIDE'S GAMES from the Steam storefront. Digital Homicide later filed for bankruptcy. So basically, Digital Homicide filed frivolous lawsuits to bully all of these steam users into shutting up and it would be unlikely that these lawsuits would ever follow through or ANY of the steam users would EVER shut up because that's just not the way things work. Come on, it's common knowledge that you can't sue people on the internet to make people stop saying mean things about you, that is a fool's errand. I know it sucks but if you want to get into the industry, BACKLASH. IS PART. OF THE GIG.

King Of Fighters Destiny (2020) And It Was because of the terrible and extremely Boring live action King Of Fighters (2010) why SNK approved of a worst movie than Tekken 2 Kazuya's Revenge (2014) & Street Fighter The Legend Of Chun Li (2009) combined and to add fuel to the fire King Of Fighters Awaken got scrapped because of this Balonga crazy

Sands of Time has a release date? 4:08 He is like Dracula. I never actually finished Bloodstained. I actually played Unity not too long ago. The co-op missions are still broken so maybe avoid that. I couldn't even fight anything head on. If I try to, I am unable to swing my weapon and the enemy would just stare at me. I also got stuck on a ladder that made me fail a mission but that wasn't a huge issue. 5:16 You had to agree not to sue them. Wait, you can do that? 5:25 Glitches that will haunt your nightmares for years to come. Brother ugh... Angry Joe mentioned how greedy and stupid EA was with Star Wars Battlefront 2. His anger was real. 7:01 Isn't destroying the Reapers the right choice? No Man's Sky AKA One Man's Lie. How did this game get so much hype? This studio hasn't proven themselves to be a great game developer at the time. I heard that someone returned the game since it was pretty bare bones at launch and not worth full price. I didn't even know about this game until people started tearing it apart.

Bloodstained symphony of the Night, No Man's sky, Helldivers 2 and Prince of Persia Sands of Time Remake are the BEST games that were impacted by Fan OUTRAGE defienitily No Man's Sky what's a whole diffrent game than as a launch in my opinion same SHOULD happen for Starfield! and there's only ONE game that fans NEED to OUTRAGE the Playstation studios like Sucker Punch or even Sanzaru games to make: Sly 5 that's all I wan't to happen, but it's too risky to hope even after 11 years of Sly 4 what ended to a cliffhanger: FANS We HAVE to OUTRAGE PlayStation to make FINALLY Sly 5 plz thank you! 💙🦝
