I made this last night for my family. Today my mom called me and said this was a meal she will remember for the rest of her life. You should have seen my wife's face after the first bite. I think she was ready to marry me all over again :) I made some alterations - used a chiabatta for bread, added diced pickles into the sriracha-mayo-worch sauce and put molten swiss cheese on the steak strips. I MADE THIS tonight, I can honestly say I think this was the best fucking sandwich I've had in my entire life. I took a 2" thick piece of prime New York steak, reverse seared it (highly recommend watching the video and doing it, very easy), and prepped everything else per the video.
