Check the nutrition label for the amount of carbs and unwanted ingredients; too many carbs leads to insulin spikes. I would not call any of thesee snacks healthy, nor would I eat them

So basically your definition of "healthy" is keto. To minimize the affect of carbs on your blood sugar, you can combine them with healthy fats and protein. For example, oatmeal by itself spikes blood sugar significantly more than if you eat it with greek yogurt and chia seeds.

@@randomoneforstuff3696 Healthy is getting your vitamins and minerals through the diet which hardly any medical professional talks about. If people eat a high-carb diet without fat for example they do not get their nutrition

tapioca starch, cassava, maple syrup, honey, fructose, these are all blood sugar spikers. i dont recommend any of those.
