I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

I enjoy that all of these meals have lots of variety, sustenance and flavor. and all the ingredients are easy to find if you don’t already have them (but I know many ingredients are already common things to have in our household). Great video!

It may not be appetising, but it's healthy. No breading, no oils, no extra cooking salts, just plain chicken. If you want to lose weight you need to eat these kinds of chicken.

@@BenjamintYT No but.. he boiled it, boiling it breaks down protein as well as tasting disgusting because they overcooked it anyway, grilling it with nothing on it is a much smarter and healthier choice, it's easier to hit the correct doneness of chicken without overcooking

Just tried the "Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan" recipe. It was my first time eating capers and I hated them. Also, one spoon of parmesan is not enough as you can't taste it. Other than that it was alright, very filling and it's only 250 calories which is amazing.
