Looks great for the most part, but you can't prep avocado slices days ahead of time; they'll be brown within hours.

may squeeze lemon or lime on the cut avocado, cover it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it to slow down the rate at which it browns 😉

ideal for women is about 1.5-1.6g/1kg weight. For you it's about 80g per day. You must use less fats, more carbs and do more phisical activity. To lose 2kg is very easy, but for good look you must train. Good luck

These meals look great - I shall certainly try them all. One point - your link above doesn't work (macOS, FireFox) - just returns with "The connection has timed out". Tried multiple times, same failure/ please take a look when you get the chance.
