Latihan untuk postur perlu dilakukan bersama dengan latihan mobilitas. Jika kamu mengikuti series latihan untuk postur, apakah kamu memiliki kesulitan dalam melatih back muscle? Latihan singkat kali kita akan melatih upper back untuk back muscle dan melatih mobilitas thoracic spine. Kenapa ini penting untuk dilakukan? Karena efektifitas latihan untuk postur ditentukan oleh punggung atas yang bisa bergerak sesuai dengan range of motion-nya. Contohnya, gerakan Chest Lift atau Roll Up untuk abdominal sangat sulit dilakukan kalau upper back tidak bisa flexion.
