Regardless of your level, this quick 10 minute arm session will get you pumping! I used 3lb (1.4kg) weights but you can use lighter or heavier, your choice. In the middle there’s a fun sequence of 5 moves and you’ll get better each time you do it.

Hi Gabby, I do lift heavy too! Nothing crazy but a lot more than this. I love these light weights for the faster pace endurance burn. And they’re great for all levels! 💪🏼

@@gabbyskitchen6640 Sure! Usually curl 15’s, 25’s to squat or 50 in goblet stance. 50 for hip thrusters etc. Nothing crazy! These are all with dumbbells, I don’t use machines enough to track!💪🏼🏋🏼‍♂️😘

@@MamaTenny Thanks for the reply!! Those are about the same weights I use, so do you increase amts or change exercises, in other words how do you progress, if at all, or just stay the same? Do you believe we should eat before working out? I get confused with so much info out there, some say it’s bad for menopausal women to work out in fasted state some say it’s great 🤪Hope you don’t mind all the questions, I really appreciate your time! Thank you 😊

@@gabbyskitchen6640no problem at all!! I never eat before working out, it makes me too sluggish. I generally workout in the morning and just have my greens when I wake up and then go. I do try to increase a little when I can and then do fewer reps (so I can do a few curls with 20’s but they’re feeble!) but I haven’t found that I’ve made huge leaps in the weight I can manage while keeping good form. With the larger muscles like glutes, I do try to make incremental additions but progress is slow. Usually I’m pleased to maintain and try adding an extra rep or two if I’m feeling like there’s more in the tank! Thanks so much for your comments and support! ❤️
