This 10 minute arm sculpting workout hits all our major muscles and our shoulders too! Adjust the weights from 1-2-3 pounds or no weight if you’re just starting out.
Take it slow and concentrate on your form. Remember to squeeze your muscles on the contraction to isolate and activate!
Keep at it, the hardest part is showing up- and you’re here now!! Go for it! Nancy xo

I personally lift heavy and have found you through Will's channel, but I have say how great this is! Not everyone wants or needs to lift heavy and this is perfect. You are beautiful!

Really loved this realistic workout, at least for me! I never was the heavy lifting weights girl at the gym. Never liked training arms with weights so this light workout just fits what's doable for me! Thank you gorgeous Mrs Nancy. You're approach to fitness is very similar to mine. Keep up these great videos 😚

This is so helpful! You can really feel each of these moves working and you are so right, holding a pose is really the hardest! My arms were shaking like a Jellyfish 😄. Thank you so much Mama Tenny 😘

Thank you so much for this video. I will definitely put this into my workout tomorrow. Question....Have you worked out your entire adult life? I am 56 and started lifting weights in college, when I was 19 and became addicted right away. You look amazing!

Hi there Beth, thanks for your comment! Yes, I’ve been into fitness seemingly forever! From my mid 20’s I’ve had the fitness bug. Throughout my pregnancies I still loved to workout when I could. I just can’t imagine life without movement! Appreciate you being here! 😘
