Great back work liked the one knee on floor one straight leg with dumbbell past body & up to the sky with a twist. 👍😊 swimming always a good strengthener & welcome. 🙏 day 6 done

Great workout Jacinta thank you. I definitely enjoyed the slower controlled pace. As always the prone exercises were super challenging for me! Time flew by in this workout. I think you could fir sure do 2 rounds. Now for day 7 😊

It’s tough but a goodie. You can lighten the weight or even do body weight if you need to complete the duration with better form
