Super dynamic stretches Jacinta. Even though stretching it definitely engaged the core muscles as well. I've totally enjoyed this challenge and will definitely be repeating it. Or using the classes as add ons to other workouts 😊 👍 ✔️ 💯. Thank you for your dedication to your community and hard work. 😊

I just finished and I am so happy I accomplished this challenge! I have scoliosis and knocked knees and I am very insecure about it, but this challenge has made me feel stronger and I am inspired to keep going!

Hi Jacinta, I am so glad that I came across your channel. I particularly like your back workouts because they incorporate mobilisation and stretching exercises together with strengthening. I feel my back is more free and strong. I wonder if you can record some similar workouts for the neck, please? Good neck alignment is part of a healthy posture and our necks often bear the brunt of modern technology use. There are plenty of stretching exercises for the neck and shoulders which is great, however, I feel that we can all benefit from some strengthening at the back of the neck and overall mobilisation of the neck muscles and I have not found anything like that. Your neck looks beautiful by the way. With love from the UK.

Hello 👋 so happy to have you here with me. You will improve neck posture and strength with a variety of exercises in different working planes. Deep neck flexors with supine ab work, neck extensors in prone back work. And side bend movements will strengthen neck too. I like the idea you have but for now I don’t have any isolated neck strengthening workouts but can guarantee they are being worked in every class somehow. Hope this helps x Jacinta
