Daisssyyy, I would like to thank you for producing fitness videos. I know it is a common comment that u can see in the comment sec but I would like to extend my gratitude to you because there were so many changes in my body since I have tried your workout routines since last yr. I know we can't rush the results and I only workout few times a week because of my responsibilities at home and sometimes I feel unmotivated, but I can see the results gradually showing and I am happy about it. I listened to my body as u said and slowly learned what's good for me.

My morning routine for the last 2 months is good 20-30 minute HIIT workout. I really want to lose some fat before summer. I am at 170 lbs of body weight and my goal is 135 lbs before July I hope. I even got myself personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. I am not leaving anything to cause.

I'm doing the hourglass ab workout and this work out ‼️ Day 1:pretty easy for me, didnt feel pain until the next morning Day 2: I could barely stand up, it was really hard for me to continue the work out but I still managed to complete it Day 3: my legs still hurt but completing the workout was not as hard as day 2 Day 4: I got a bit used to it and I'm kinda starting to see the effects ( I didnt do friday, saturday, n sunday bc I got lazy but I dont recommend skipping 3 days ) Day 5: It's easy n It still burns but my body doesnt hurt at all now 👍🏻

Make sure you have 1 or 2 of rest at some point, your muscles cant grow if you dont give them time

I’m doing this and the ab/hourglass workout. Let’s do this together!! Day 1: the ab workout hurt a bit but I did it all. The first part of the leg/butt workout got me sweating and by the end my legs were shaking. But I felt better Day 2: ab workout was fine, a little sore. MY LEGS ARE SO SORE, I couldn’t do the first half of the workout, but I did the second half. I can see I’ve definitely been needing to do a lower half workout. Day 3: I took a break this day because I was throwing up Day 4: I feel like I look slightly more toned but I haven't seen much change in the legs yet Day 5: I feel slightly slimmer today in the legs and waist Day 6: It was a little hard today because it was super hot but I did it and I feel super toned actually in the abs but I haven't lost weight yet (updating tomorrow!)

@@albinamakoveeva3443 i have a tip for you if you bloated or stress all you have to do is put your legs up on the walll all they way up and make sure your legs are touching the wall and so is your but. and just stay in that position for like 20 mins you’ll b less bloated n you shouldn’t be so stressed this helped me out so much .

Gonna do this everyday until I see results Day 1: wasn't too bad, my legs were burning by the 3rd exercise, and My legs are a little sore but other than that, it was pretty easy Day 2: legs are still sore from yesturday, but it was a bit easier, the only one I struggled with getting done were the squats Sorry guys I haven't been updating, I've been doing It everyday but I keep forgetting to update, but compared to day 1, the workout is so much easier, and I can do it without stopping (apart from on the rests) I have also have started seeing results, my mum and friend noticed aswell, so this workout really does work, you just gotta stay motivated, I'll try to remember to update sometime Tommorow for day 5 Day 5: was really is easy to do, my legs don't hurt anymore and i am getting really good results

Take a one day break for ur body to rest, it's not good to work it like that everyday with no one day rest atleast. That's why ppl always say work put atleast 2-3 days a week

day 1: hardest exercise, definitely did not do the whole thing! day 2: this time I did the whole workout but on sum workouts I did not complete the whole way. Legs were sore this day but definitely felt it! day 3: I did the whole workout, I still struggled with some but it’s okay bc I completed it , not that much results tho day 4: ig lol. I took a break for 2 months but that’s fine, I just got back in the gym and I did this whole workout. I’m definitely tired but I think it’s only bc I’m just now starting back up! day 5: I took another 5 day break but of course I’m back and the workout is getting pretty easy now. Btw the workout on day 4 had me sore for days! day 6: an achievement, I did the whole thing and it’s getting really. I’m not sore no more too!!

Every other day would be safer. You can actually damage your muscles bc they're not recovering properly if you do this everyday.

Doing This for a week + hourglass ab workout. Day 1: ✅ I was out of breath after the first 3 exercises. Definitely hard for me, my legs were shaking and I was sweating like an elephant. Day 2: ✅ Really sore thighs from yesterday but I felt active and it was a little less harder than yesterday, but still sweating lol.

I’m doing this one and the ab workout, updates below Day 1: was pretty easy and an hour passed since doing it and it I’m in no pain😀 Day 2: was putting off doing it bc my thighs were hurting a tad throughout the day but it was fine and was hurting a little bit while doing it , also my stomach muscle are in so much pain from the other workout😭 Day 3: legs were killing me when doing this but glad I got through it!

Day1: hardly finished everything omg it was hard ngl but not like i can't hold Day2: My legs and ass hurt AFFFFF and i can hardly begin the movements bc of ao much shaking but it gets better once u start doing it:) Day3: I LITERALLY CANT MOOOOVE😂 it is hurting baaaad asf whenever i move or try to sit down yet weirdly doing the exercises aint as bad as i expected 🫶🏻😂 but weird enough i was okay doing the exercises with my right leg but my left leg just GAVE UP

I’m going to be doing this workout, along with the hourglass and abs one for idrk how long. Day 1:I was tired after abs noticed the burn in my legs but didn’t see any major differences so I’ll keep doing it and see how I get on Day 2: I did it again this morning and was very tired after, and felt more of a burn from it, but again I didn’t notice any difference

doing the hourglass one and this one, so one day i'll do this one, another the other! age: 14 height: 5'5 weight: around 49kg-51kg day 1: ✅ was pretty okay, i rate the pain and hardness like a 8/10 hoping to see results soon! i took a few breaks on some and did some quite slowly just cause of the tension and pressure in my lower legs. this workout did give me a few leg cramps tho😭 day 3: ❌i was in SO much pain on this day, the muscle soreness was extreme, i didnt even feel like doing the hourglass one cause it literally hurt to sit down and stand up but i'm gonna do it tmr! day 4: hey guys, been awhile - back up to working out tho; i'm going to barcelona in july w/ school so i cannot be caught lackin😭😭 but this might not be consistent as it is sort of exam season rn and i'm trying to focus on my studies! day 1:

ok so two days ago i did this workout (at about 1 am just like everyday lol) and when I woke up my legs were sore especially the calves were rlly sore and this is not the only workout im doing (i did all the other but this was a lil too hard) but i was way to sore to do this yesterday and thought maybe ill do one day and skip the next as a routine but that seems impossible now lmao so i get why people have not followed up with the comments, ill try to do it today at least a few of the exercises but i may not be able to ill edit later. edit: i ended up doing it with a warm-up before but it was pretty hard

I'm not gonna do the day 1, day 2 shit ima js keep it real. Started doing this for 2 weeks, already had a fat ass. Just wanted to make it look less sad, more plump. I can say, this helped me go from a sad ass to a nice round ass. I recommend this 🤭
