By doing this I lost 32 pounds >here’s how I did it. I did this 3x a week. My days were Monday, wed, Fri. I also did the summer ab workout 5x a week, including the defined abs workout. (3x for full summer ab workout 21 mins) and my off days were sat & sun. but I’d do a small little 5 min workout if I wanted. I cut out fast food, candy & chips and soda. Ofc I had cheat days. I’d grab a treat every now and then, cause this isn’t an ed!! ( please be kind to yourself, you’re only human.) but I ate fruit and homemade meals, and drunk mostly water, Gatorade and lemonade. I was 130 pounds when starting 98 pounds after. Im a teeny bit underweight but I’m strength training now. I now have abs and a toned body, I look perfect in my opinion. I’m really healthy and happy with my results. ( it helped my hair grow as well.) I love taking walks now as well. Please be aware YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE SAME RESULTS AS MINE! I’m 4’11 so it’s easier for me to loose weight. And I didn’t restrict myself a lot, if I felt like eating junk food? I WOULD! Don’t feel like you have to copy my plan to have these results, I’m not perfect and it was hard. I still ate fast food from time to time. And had a little sprite from then and there. It’s normal! This was hard for me, but the results were worth it!

I'm gonna try this for 2 weeks. Please don't wait on my update though I'm doing this to motivate myself and others hopefully. Starting weight: 65 kgs Day 1: ✅️ (it was really horrible lmaoo) Day 2: ✅️ (did better but it kinda killed me) Day 3: ✅️ Day 4: ✅️ (I took yesterday as a break because I finally got my period after months of not getting it. It absolutely fucked me in the ass and I was throwing up everywhere. I'm really glad I did day 4s workout today though because if I didn't I would have actually dropped this. So this is your sign to keep pushing because you're doing this for yourself.) Day 5: ✅️ (for some reason it was a lot harder today) Day 6: ✅️ (it doesn't get easier lmaoo 😭) Day 7: ✅️ (did a lot better today. Maybe I'm just excited that I managed to finish a whole week. Tomorrow is weight check though which makes me anxious. If I didn't lose any weight I'd be kinda disappointed ngl haha) Week 1 weight check: 62.9 kgs (not bad but I'm aiming to lose 3 kgs this week) Day 8: ✅️ (ouch) Day 9: ✅️ (I skipped yesterday because I felt like my body needed to rest i also ate like an absolute hippo haha. Today still hurt like a bitch lmaoo but I'm back to it) Day 10: ✅️ (skipped a few days oops but I'm back to it + my calves hurt a lot) Day 11: ✅️

Alright so I’ve been doing this everyday now for 2 weeks and things I noticed: my thighs are more firm and toned, my booty has gotten more shape and of course my confidence has improved. Realistically, unless you already worked out everyday, I don’t recommend you flat out start doing this everyday because your legs WILL be sore. I started out by doing it one day on one day off and once I started getting used to it, I started doing it everyday! I hope this helps anyone ❤ It does work! I will continue to do this workout because I’m liking the results

So it’s been 3 days. First day felt tough. I’d stop in the middle to catch my breathe. Day two I was so sore and still stopped and paused. Day 3 (which was today) I stopped way less and the soreness wasn’t as much. Still sore though.

Try breathing through your nose if you aren’t. I will say this workout definitely helped me realize that I have exercise induced asthma. I never had that problem before until I started doing more intense workouts. Drink plenty of water sometime before working out and breathe through your nose

Llevo 2 meses haciendo esta rutina , las primeras semanas me costó , luego ya logré hacerla completa 🥳 , junto con la buena alimentación , baje 7 kilos hasta ahora ,estaba en 57kg ahora en 50kg y ni hablar de como se tonifica , no se rindan el camino no es fácil pero los resultados lo valen

@@jinnierosie4473 si aún la hago, solo que esos dos meses la hacía 5 veces a la semana, ahora 3 veces a la semana, ya que es bastante intensa, bueno los resultados que más se ven es en la piernas, tuve que agregar ejercicios para los brazos porque realmente no te los tonifica casi , también que ahora para mí es más fácil bajar de peso , ya que juntó con una dieta que me dió mi nutrióloga, es muy fácil hacer déficit calórico con esta rutina

Started this yesterday and will update ✅, I am drinking lots of water and trying to lower my intake of sugar and snacks.I do this workout after eating and coming back from school Ive always wanted to lose weight but never done a workout and stayed consistent So hopefully I complete 2 weeks of this workout! Weight-121 lbs Height-4'11 Day 1 ✅ It was intense and I stopped at 15 minutes I was a little sweaty but Im proud I did something for today Day 2 ✅-Stopped at 15 minutes again but hopefully I complete the full video tomorrow , It was easier today! Day 3 ✅ I completed the video yay I am sweating and my heart is pounding. I feel really good No results Yet but I will keep going Day 4 ✅ Completed video I am so proud of myslef. Today I had cheetos and a little bit of soda but im glad i moved my body around today!! Day 5 ✅ I ate some junk but still exercise no results but I will keep pushing I know you guys can do it too

Doing this for 2 weeks so Im gonna update daily to keep my motivation high. Day 1: As a not very athletic person this was very hard and got me sweating like crazy. I will admit I took a couple breaks but they were only like 10-15 second breaks. I managed to do the whole workout so I'm very proud but my heart is beating like crazy. like I can feel my heart beat all over my body. Now on my way to have a cold shower. Day 2: I was slightly less sweaty but I did sweat a lot especially in the second half of the video. I did take a couple breaks but less than I did yesterday. Just got out of a cold shower to make my legs less sore. Legs felt very sore when I finished the work out but after the cold shower it's a lot less sore than before. I did feel my heart beating like crazy but I wasn't as much as day 1. I've also been trying to eat healthier and in moderation to enhance my results which is a real struggle as a food lover. More endurance today. Day 3: Okay so today I've realised I actually like working out now 😅 I guess I just needed to find a workout I enjoyed. Today I did the whole workout with no breaks and when I tell you I was dripping I sweat I mean it. I've also realised that when I don't have any breaks the workouts seems to go really quick. For the past two days after doing a workout I'm normally tired af but today I'm full of energy. My legs are aching though. When I woke up my legs were killing me! so I had to run myself an Epsom salt bath but once I started working out the pain like disappeared but now I can feel it again. Ever since I began this workout I've been feeling a lot more motivated and I feel so much better about myself. I will be posting any results for week 1 on Sunday. Time for me to have a cold shower 🚿 Day 4: Just did my workout. I decided to do it in the morning today cause I just felt so motivated and didn't want the motivation to run out plus I have a busy schedule today. I've been trying to decide how I'm going to do my workout sessions when I'm back to school and I've decided to use the 30 minutes I use just scrolling through social media to workout instead. Today also a lot of sweat. What I've noticed is the more I do the workout the less my legs ache as my body is starting to get used to it. I've also saw myself being more productive throughout the day and getting more tasks done. I made a pinterest board on day 1 to motivate me & to make myself like working out which is actually working. Personally I would say pinterest boards help a lot when trying to reach goals so if you want you can try it out. I've also been eating healthier but I still treat myself throughout the day. For example I allow myself to have 1 doughnut a day. I've also replace my unhealthy snacks with healthier substitutes like fruit salads, Crunchy bread and tomatoes that I eat like a taco and mostly plain fruit. it also motivated me to actually make proper meals and to eat in moderation. Before I started this workout I would literally eat 24/7, when I was bored, sad, angry, happy basically all the time but now I've kind off taught myself not to. I do still crave unhealthy foods like having more than 1 doughnut or making noodles 24/7. Im considering meal planning but I'm not sure yet. my older brothers are both very athletic people so I may ask them for tips. Anyways I'm on my way to get a cold shower. I'm also planning to update results weekly so by the end if this week i will be weighing myself and I'll post it for you all to see. Day 5: I forgot to post on Sunday so this is for Sunday. On Sunday I had a rest day so I didn't overwork my muscles too much. I also weighed myself. So at the start of this workout journey I weighed 60kg but when I weighed myself on Sunday I weighed 58.6 kg! After 4 days of doing the workout, I lost 1.4kg! Day 6: I did the workout today to mark the start of week 2. So today I did find it hard to do the workout as I'd had a rest day the day before making it harder for me to get back into the groove but I managed to do it and I'm proud. I was incredibly sweaty today again but overall it was a good workout day.

Don’t beat yourself up about the weight. Just focus on healthy lifestyle not force yourself to do all these crazy diets/ workouts, you’ll end up hating your body and it’s not worth it.

Trying this out and WILL be updating🤍 For reference, I’m 19, 155 pounds, 5’6, waist is 29-30 inches, and before this I was mostly sedentary. I will not be changing my diet. I don’t drink sodas or eat a lot of sweets anyways. I mainly drink coffee and water. For now, I’m only going to be doing this workout until I get my strength back up🌸 Looking to tone up and lose some inches around the waist, thighs, and arms. Goal: 27 inch waist and/or 130 pounds🪻 Day 1: ✅ did the first ten minutes only. too tired to continue Day 2: ✅ did the first twelve minutes..super sore and it was much more difficult today. I did better than yesterday though. Day 3: ✅ even more sore today and could only get to 10 minutes. I’m going to do a bit of yoga to make up for it though. Day 4: ✅ could only get through the first 10 minutes again. my calves were burning too much Day 5: ✅ pushed myself and made it through the first 13 minutes. I was less sore today up until I got to around 7 minutes..then I could really feel the burn. Day 6: REST DAY🧘♀️ doing yoga before bed so I can still be active Day 7: ✅ made it to 15 minutes today. super sweaty and my calves were burninggg Day 8: ✅ made it to 12 minutes today. worked out immediately after eating, which probably wasn’t the best idea Day 9: REST DAY🧘♀️ Day 10: ✅ Switched to a different workout but I’m still being consistent on working out at least 5 days a week. Day 11: ✅ Did that same workout again today because I actually felt energized after doing it yesterday.

Doing this for a week! Saturday: ✅had to stop at the 10:00 mark because I got a stitch but I kept going after a rest! Sunday: was really busy today so I couldn’t do it but my legs were really sore so it definitely worked! Monday: ✅was a bit hard because my legs were sore but I still pushed through Tuesday: ✅ finished! My legs weren’t as sore and it’s getting easier, seeing small results

@@jaksmwou if you only do this workout, it is a no. But if you combine this workout with other routines, it will (based on my experience). EDIT: I also stopped doing workouts and switched to pilates and other workout routines, definitely seen results. Daisy helped me on a beginner level ;)

💯Workout Diary 💯 Day 1: I told myself to start and stop procrastinating and I honestly feel so good about myself. About 5 minutes into the workout my legs were so sore that I had to stop for a few seconds in between the jumps to catch my breath. Day 2: WOO FINISHED!! Today was honestly so tiring. I had to modify my squats to not go as deep since i was so sore and tired from yesterday. Also before the second repeat set, i had to take an extra like 1 - 3 minutes to rest and refill my water. Day 3: My body didn't feel as sore today but i still like the day before had to modify the squats and take an extra 30 secs before going to the second repeat set. I was actually contemplating to skip todays workout or not since i had exercised this afternoon but then i rmb that i probably wouldn't be able to do the workout tomorrow or the day after because i'll be away from town. But i ended up doing it to make up for it and i feel rly good and proud of myself! Day 5: I had to skipped tdy since I was away from town Day 6: I was still out of town so I decided to take the opportunity and go to the hotel gym instead. I ended up doing a bunch of cardio machines total losing about 400 calories. Day 7: I week through of the workout! Although i skipped a day i definitely see a small difference in my arms. When i'm wearing tanktops i see my shoulders and arms are definitely more toned. However i week in and i'm still having trouble th my stamina and controlling my breathing. One more week to go! Day 8: I skipped the workout today but instead went to the gym. Burned off 450 calories + did a bunch of upper body exercises 😮💨😮💨 Day 9: WOW I FINSIHED THE WORKOUT FINALLY!! I have no idea why bu today was so hard for me to do. I had so much lack of motivation, i kept getting stitches/cramps during the workout and my stamina just wasn't there today. I am a little diasspointment with my performancce today but im still proud i pushed through and at least finsihed it despite having more breaks/rests than previous days. Later the day I got this sudden random motivation and I headed down the the gym and ended up burning 660 calories hahah

As someone who is fortunately reasonably fit and trying to keep the middle age 'spare tyre' at bay, I like this! Also the fact that you can 'grow into it' as the exercises repeat so you can start with 10 mins (or drop down to it if on a tight schedule), and increase to match how you are feeling on the day. Nice workout!

Ima do the first 10 minutes everyday and try to do more as my endurance increases. Im in a caloric deficit, however I do cheat at gatherings. Ive already done 4 days. Starting weight: 65kgs, goal 55. Day 15 ✅ Day 16 ✅ Day 17 ✅ Day 18 ✅ Day 19 ✅ I have to tell you something. Most of your training will not be fireworks, it will just be these trainings. Do not worry about it. Consistency is important, we don't always have a good day, a lot of energy and so on. If you have a day when you think that you don't feel like training and you would just lie down and watch Netflix, think about whether it will benefit you? After all, you want to be healthy and have a slim body, so training will bring you more benefits than lying down. I don't always feel like it either, but the results are only for the persistent. @@miri4547 I definitely feel the change the most in my calves, buttocks and inner thighs, and it's only been 2 weeks of training. I try to stick to a diet, but it doesn't always work out, I allow myself pretty much everything. It is the systematicity that counts, not even the quantity

⭐️ My Workout Diary ⭐️ 06/19/23 ~ 54KG ⚡️D1: This workout is insane. At first I was trying really hard to keep up with Daisy's pace, but around 10min+ I just went on my own pacing. This is my first time doing workouts in a while so I'm just doing my best to finish the workout (my rests were usually more than 10 seconds bc I needed time to breathe xD and sometimes I pause in the middle of an exercise bc my body is so heavy ;-;). ⚡️D2: Just finished the workout. I think I have more will today than yesterday xD-I still paused for some minutes during the half though. Also, I still wait for less than 10 seconds before starting ;-;, I'll get rid of this habit soon! ⚡️D3: My lower body is still sore from when I started this workout so it's really a pain to do the squats. The squats are my least favorite ones hahaha. Anyway, I still paused for some minutes during halftime because the last exercise gets me out of breath. ⚡️D4: I think I'm doing better than I was before! I didn't start late that much and my halftime pause was just enough to catch breath (although the 2nd set really tires me out, but I still managed to finish tyL). I would also like to emphasize that water is important! (I didn't drink water during my halftime pause so I ended up pausing once more during the 2nd exercise of the 2nd set T^T) ⚡️D5: I finished day 5!! AAAAAA!! Idk what's with this day but I'm not that motivated to do the workout (I feel so tired ;-;) YET I FINISHED ITTT (although I paused multiple times hehe). I didn't push myself hard today-rather I pushed myself to finish the workout atleast on my own pacing (not too long lmao). My calves were also burning zzz and the squat exercises are still so challenging hehe. Anyway, my body is less sore todayy except for my calves. ⚡️D6: TODAY WAS AMAZING! I feel like I controlled my breath better this day than the previous days. I'm also not exhausted when doing the exercises (so proud of myself). I still paused halftime tho (highly recommended for those that has just begun exercising-I took my time to breathe properly, wipe my sweat, and drink water!). ⚡️D7: Annnddd I completed a whole week of workout 🥹! Everyday, I just kept on getting better at doing the exercises. I didn't pause today (except for halftime) and I started and ended at the given time. So for those who are starting and struggling, all I can say is just keep going! Eventually, we will be able to finish the workout without any pauses and we will be proud of ourselves for it! Despite me being able to do this workout for 7 straight days, I will still continue it because I haven't achieved my goal yet (even if I did, I will still continue working out). For those who are doubting if this workout works, all I can say is that I sweat even if the A/C's on and well, I can stand easier than before! ⚡️D8: Finished day 8! My calves were burning so much but I continued ofcourse hehe. I still have problems with breathing and balancing sometimes tho. ⚡️D9: - ⚡️D10: Had to skip day 9 because I was caught up with my schoolworks 😢. Anyway! The good news is that I exercised again hehehe. My calves were hurting today but all good, I still managed to finish the workout (still with halftime pause). Also, I think my breathing is better now than the previous days. ⚡️D11: Just did half todaayyy, will just workout again when I have more time (can barely stand lol my calves were hurting so bad from walking today). ⚡️D12: I switched to the hourglass workout since I felt like I could already lift myself a lot easier than I did before because of this workout :)

[ 2 Sets ] 50 sec on 10 sec off 1. Jumping jacks 2. High knees + butt kicks 3. Sumo pop jack 4. Squat + alternating leg lift 5. Run in place 6. Squat + kick 7. Invisible ball 8. Jump rope 9. Scissor squat 10. Up + out jacks Weight: 55.81 kg (03-07-24) D1 (03-07-24) I finished 1 set. I did 30 sec for exercises that involves squat (my knees are weak, I'm working on it) and 40 sec for other exercises which gave me 20 sec (and more) rests in between. I produced a lot of sweat just doing 1 set. But still, I am happy I was able to finish atleast one with more rests. I'm sure as I progress more I'll be able to do the whole workout properly. I did a 20 min full body pilates before this so I think that's why I feel so tired.

Trying to do this for 2 weeks, heres how it went! Day 1 : It was tough ngl and I could only get through the first half Day 2 : A LOT better than day 1. I got through the whole workout, however, only went up 45 seconds to pace myself a bit. I'm probably going to push myself to go to the full 50 on day 3. Day 3 : Got sick so didn't do it today.

I guess I'll try this, update me if you can. im 15 and doing this because I wasn't accepted in the cheer team for my weight so hopefully future me can be proud of this. Day 1: Check, only did 14 minutes, it hurt but I felt like I was burning fat. Day 2: Check, did the 21 minutes today. If an overweight 15 year old can do this then so can you so don't give up now love because it's gonna pay off I promise.✝️ Oh and no changes yet. Day 3: omigoshh.. my stomach feels flatter! But I'm also not eating anything until I reach day 6 (Don't friggin do that or I'll hunt you down.) I just wanna say it's ok to take longer breaks than 10 darn seconds cuz ur not a robot andd to love yourself through the journey. Did the 21 minutes but took like a minute long break LOL. Day 4. Rest day, I'll probably do something easier like hourglass workout 10 min. Also, I gave up on fasting and im eating, but don't eat like friggin mcdonalds girll. Wait till you got the dream body. Day 5: I gave up for awhile after my feet started hurting a lot, but I saw that someone liked this and got motivated again. The thing is, I gave up 3 years ago, and I hate my old self for doing that. I don't want future me to think that way about past me, and I have no money for a personal trainer, so I have to continue doing this, and other workouts of Daisy's to obtain my dream body, which is literally anything other than overweight. Jk it's an hourglass, anyways yeah I'm worn out, did the 21 minutes, and yet to see results. Day 6: was thanksgiving so I ate kinda a lot but so far no results, just sweat and burning:/ Day 7: no results again. Hopefully that'll change in a month because I'm currently doing this, the hourglass workout, and another arm workout. Day 8: Nothing again lol, just checking in. Maybe future me will see this so hii hope ur hot by now!! Gonna do my other workouts for the day now. Bye and God Bless!✝️ Day 8: no results again. Idk what I'm doing wrong but this is not working for me. I've done the 21 minutes everyday + 2 other workouts but I've lost nothing despite my hard efforts. Think I might quit, tbh I'm way to fat to lose weight. Day 9: quit after 18 minutes out of frustration and hate for the way my body moves when it works out. But if it wasn't for the person who replied to this comment, I wouldn't have done it at all today so thanks lovee future me will remember you💕 Day 10: Rest day Day 11: quit after 7 minutes lol I rlly hate myself. Oh also I lost a bit too. My stomach is flatter and I lost 1kg. Not much but its better than nothing. Day 12: quit for a week. Got upset at the workout and threw my phone so that's fun. Only took 9 minutes for me to get upset again and I'm still fat. I just wanna look like the girls in my class:/ Day 13: IM SO HAPPY! I DID THE 21 MINUTES TODAY. Im feeling a bit lightheaded and DID get ftustrated again, but I'm ok. Nothing yet, but Im gonna do the other workouts now Day 14: only could do 15 minutes before I started getting extremely lightheaded and tired to the point of terrible pain and frustration but Im proud of myself for trying today:) Sidenote. I think I should get back into dragonball because that's when I was motivated to the point I could do all the 21 minutes everyday. It helped a lot Edit: I started doing this Oct23 2023 at 83kg because I was rejected from the cheer team. Its now 2024 Jan24 and I'm 68kg. It works, the reason i quit was because i wasnt having enough food and I had no energy. I stopped starving and started eating in a deficit If you starve, you'll gain the weight back really soon. I had to learn that the hard way. Also for day 9 when I said I hate the way my body moves, I meant the skin flaps. They're all gone now

hiiii girl just wanna say this to help you. yes it’s good to restrict your eating habits like if it’s bad, one cheat day is acceptable but don’t make it a habit. eat lotssssss of protein so you can build muscle, for example apples with peanut butter, eggs, and literally anything that’s protein. I read ur day 3 I think and not eating until day 6 is not good :( it reminded me of myself and that just exhausts you more if you don’t eat for a long time. it’s also important to eat everyday, obviously not exaggerated, because when you don’t eat for a few days and then you start eating normally again, you gain weight. also!! try doing new workouts to challenge urself, one of my fav ones is growingannas but I only do her cardio’s and I see amazing results. i love her 15 min sweaty hiit. I hope you make it on that cheer team and make it to the weight you want 💗

I’m going to try this workout for a week I’m 15,weighing 62kg and 173cm tall Days1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5:❌ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ WEEK1: weight in: 62kg I know I didn't lose any weight its because I didn't go into a caloric deficit. Even though I'm a bit disappointed the good thing is that I know what my calorie intake is to maintain weight.Now ill try to go into a proper calorie deficit and continue with the workout 61.7). Remember everyone’s bodies works differently and this workout has actually made me feel better in my body in just 12 days.

Ohhh my god I've never sweated so much such a good workout, thanks daisy!! I'm happy I finished this because now in about two or three days I'll feel the difference! I'm hoping to do this at least once or twice every week to speed up my metabolism and hopefully keep my stomach from growing, and burn fat throughout. I've started the hourglass abs workout and will comment 1when I see more progress. So far, I can say I feel a lot more energetic and like I have more stamina throughout my day. Once I see progress in the abs, I'll go every other day for legs and hip dip workouts. I am motivated to make my body the way I decide it to be!!! I also hope to develope healthier habits

workout diary: it’s june 22, 2023 and i will start this workout tomorrow! i will do this hiit workout aswell as daisys hourglass ab workout. current weight is about 147, and my goal weight is 115-120. i’ll also change my diet to make more meals with protein and cut out most sugar (candy, soda, ice cream). i will be documenting this because if i comment, it gives me motivation to workout because i feel like i have to update people. SEE YOU ALL TOMORROW!! day 1: i should’ve started with the 10 minute hiit first. i barely lasted 8 minutes, im a bit disappointed with myself. but this is an intense workout, so i guess it’s not that bad. i was also trying to exercise quietly so i couldn’t really give it my all. i’ll exercise earlier in the day tomorrow. overall it was a good workout and made me sweat! tomorrow i will probably do the 10 minute hiit, but will update from this comment! day 2: 10 minute workout was soooo much easier!! i’ll try to start doing this specific workout in about 5 days

I will try doing this workout for 7 days so guys wish me luck and let's see how it really works let's gooooo by the way my current weight (57kg)😢 Day 1✅ it was soo hard but still I somehow managed to do the whole workout and now my heart is beating so fast and I am sweating like crazy but I am happy cause I did it :) Day 2✅ today's day was hard too and my whole body was so sore but still I maged to do the whole workout 🥲 Day 3 ✅ yea 🎉I am done with today's workout my calf are hurting so bad today but I did it it was easier than 1st day🙂 Day 4 sorry I was busy today so I didn't workout Day 5✅ today I also struggled but I am happy cause I am done with today's workout Day 6✅ today's day was not so hard actually my body is getting used to it :) Day 7✅yea🎉 so I am done with workout of this week I am feeling so good after doing this and now my body feels so good and I will tell you guys result of this week after taking shower cause now I am just sweating like crazy 😬 I lost 1 kg ya I am quite disappointed:( but that's the reality so I can do nothing so I think this is only results of first week so if I will continue doing this workout I will definately see a change so lets continue this .

trying this, quarantine bubble butt and hourglass workout everyday (40 min. total) for two weeks. STATS 173cm/5'8 and i guess about 67kg/150lbs (no battery in weight lmao) Little to no changes in diet, don't drink soda, eat few meals, but kinda healthy. Basically sedentary lifestyle, but will try to move more. Will be treating this as an experiment to keep motivated lol. This will mostly be to get more energy from exercise and becoming healthier. Also to see the difference in mental health. Current and beginning status: basically chronically tired This will be my personal log and be updated daily during the two weeks. wish me luck :p day 1: COMPLETE (took a break at 10 min., but completed it. It was easier after the break.) day 2: COMPLETE (man this was rough. I completed the exercises in one go, but I struggled with how loong it took to complete them. Man, my attention span is utter shite. And i underestimated how sore my calves would get and how warm it was today. But I had more energy today than yesterday) day 3: COMPLETE (it was a lot easier today, but i feel I'm gonna have monster calves by the end of this. I also feel better today, but still sore) day 4: COMPLETE (it was even easier today, still sore calves. I felt a lot better about myself as well today, probably only placebo or they exowhatnots chemicals released in the brain after excercising, but I also thought I looked prettier today than when I started) day 5: COMPLETE (at long last. It was really hard to find the motivation to do it today. Ended up eating horrible and not doing this until midnight, but oh well, it got done anyways) day 6: COMPLETE (another midnight workout ladies and gentlemen. It’s hard to start, but I always feel the best I have all day after working out.) day 7: COMPLETE (wohoo 1 week let’s go!! ‘twas another (nearly) midnight workout) day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14:

I’m gonna update you guys so wish me luck Day 1 ✅: it was really hard and I just had to push through it. I was panting like a dog and almost gave up after the first half. I’m proud I finished it. Day 2 ✅: I almost didn’t do it because I was so sore. Haven’t really noticed a difference from yesterday it is only day 2 though. It was wayyyy easier than yesterday but I’m still very tired.

Question!! I did only her hourglass abs and bubble butt workout before and the first few times I don’t remember if I was sore or not, but do you think I’ll be sore after this tomorrow?? Ik it sounds weird but I like being sore cuz it just reminds me that I’m doing something good and healthy for my body yk

DAY ONE: it was definitely intense!! i did take longer breaks but i got it done, im gonna do it again in 3 days ( i do 2 workouts then the next day i do 2 more then rest day) like so i remember! DAY TWO: i did it this time it wasent so bad but the last 3 kill me lmaoo

for people who have heart problems, take this workout easy you dont have to do this in one its a very hard workout. i personally do how much i can or take longer breaks not just 10s, dont go over ur limits, be safe.

doing this workout for a month (and more!) First week: day 1: i had to stop at 8:29 and take an asthma pump, i couldn't go further because of asthma and other medical issues. I felt like death and need to work my way up to doing the full thing! day 2: day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7:
