My goal is to have a smaller waist, and this workout has helped me a lot. My waist is from 63cm to 59cm. This is incredible. Although I didn’t do this very often, 5 times a week. I did it for 3 weeks or less but it works!!!! Do it, you can do it

Gonna do this for a 3 weeks‼️ Day 1✅ : I had to pause so many times but i got through the workout. (5/07/23) Day 2✅: I took 10 second breaks in between each. The butterfly kicks had me dying 😭 (6/07/23) Day 3✅: My body hurt less than yesterday and the butterfly kicks are still killing me. Don't forget to drink your water, It makes a huge difference ♡♡ (7/07/23) Day 4✅: still going strong 💪🏼. Body was not sore today and I took less breaks. Workouts are getting easier to do. (8/07/23) Day 5 ✅: I MADE IT THROUGH THE WORKOUT WITH NO BREAKS!!( 9/07/23) Day 6✅: It was super easy today, but I still felt the burn. (10/07/23) Day 7 ✅: can't believe it's been a week already. (11/07/23) Week 1 results: It toned my abs a little and cinched my waist too. It's not much of a huge difference but it looks better than when I wasn't doing the workout. I'm so excited to be continuing ★. Day 8✅: I'm so excited to be starting with the second week. (12/07/23) Day 9✅: once again done. just a little tip, do the excercises slower, dont rush them. You will see better results if you do them slower and concentrate on your abs. Your movements should be made by your strength and not by taking big swings or doing the exercise half way. Take your time, for some it may work doing them fast but I would rather recommend controlled and slower.

It actually works i did it for a month first week you really feel it but push and second week you can sorta start seeing results for the rest of it please keep pushing, it truly does work. drink lots of water and eat well! don’t loose motivation and stay consistent or it will be hard to go back on track. good luck 😊

This workout actually works. If you’re debating on whether or not to do it DO IT Another update after 8 months: Ok so I wanted to come back so that I can share some knowledge lmao. I have found that this workout did help with losing SOME fat off my waist and it did help my abs show a little bit, but if you genetically have a wide rib cage (kinda like me) I think that you will benefit the MOST off of doing back/lat excercises. If you focus on growing your back muscles, it will give you the appearance of a smaller waist:hourglass figure! It’s not talked about a lot, but I just wanted to say that doing ab excercises will only get you so far. Focus on lat excercises and I promise you will get a small waist! (:

@@yamommaaaaa hi! I don’t know about it making your stomach flatter but with this workout, it did give me more of a smaller waist/hourglass looking shape! I think maybe it can flatten out your stomach but you always have to remember to eat clean because diet is everything!

Doing this for 2 Months!!! (Starting May 9th) - changed it cuz i forgot sry. Height: 153 cm Weight: 49 kg Waist: 74 cm Day 1: Done! (which is a good sign) Day 3: DONE! Day 4: Finally on track lol 😂 Day 5: Done! easy now and fun when listening to your favourite music! Day 6: DONE! Day 7: Done so happy that its been a week finally getting motivation! Woo hoo! lol Day 8: Done! :) Day 9: Done ✅ Day 10: Done, its getting easier! REMINDERS: It's okay to take extra breaks in the middle of the one minute You are doing great You are gorgeous I'm so proud of you EDIT: Something i found helpful was to do each exercise and split the 60 seconds into 30 and then take a break between each 30 seconds! Do what you can and if you cant do some, thats totally fine! You are doing so so well!

i remember when i first started using this video, i would pause in between each workout for like ten minutes for a break because i struggled to keep going. i would stop the video by the fifth workout, sometimes even earlier and call it a day. now i do the whole thing without pausing, as well as other workouts too, and i feel so good. not just because of looks but also just feeling healthier. it really helps, if ur just finding this video now and thinking of starting DO IT

After a week (maybe a little bit more, 9 days or something) i started to see the first differences. i am naturally skinny, but as quarantine started, i gained weight and i started to eat a lot out of boredom, which made me end up looking like a box that was fulltime bloated. my stomach was so round the whole time (i ate a lot of salty things) and i wasn't happy with my bodyshape. So after the first week, i could already tell some differences in my bodyshape. Then i switched to daisys' 10 min hourglass abs video, and i also started to do vicky justizs' hourglass workout, and let me tell you guys THIS WORKS AMAZING: As i said, i've been doing this workouts for 3 weeks now (plus the first week of chloes workout) and i'm super satisfied with my body. I also started to cut out salty food and fast food in general (sometimes i give myself a cheatday, where i eat fast food too, but if it's possible i try to replace it with something healthy) and i started to drink more water. Guys if somebody reads this and needs approval for this video: DO IT. It's incredible! Give yourself time, and please do not overwork yourself. You need to be patient, and disciplined, but trust me you'll be so happy that you pushed yourself through it! Thank you daisy, i'm amazed by this video and now i'm so so happy with my body! Thank you so much!!!! I'll keep doing these workouts because it makes me feel really healthy, and i want to keep my body in shape. (Also, please do not overwork yourself! Give your body a rest. Do the workout max 6 times a week, and keep an eye on how you should breath and when to engage your abs muscles. Love your body, and do not do it for anybody else! Do it for yourself!) UPDATE: i replaced vikcky justiz' video with pamela reifs' abs workout for beginners. It gives me more of a burn and i like that she does not talk a lot while doing the workouts and she gets straight to the point (just my opinion!!!)

Day 5 (4//21): today was good! I paired it with a leg workout by Julia Gold, and I’m looking forward to tmr!! Day 6 (4//22): I paired it with the same leg work out from yesterday. I’m trying to eat more protein so that’s all! Day 7 (4//25): Im not doing weekends bc Saturday is gonna be active rest n Sunday is just rest so today I just did this n no added workouts :) Day 8 (4//26): almost skipped but I DIDNT, very sore. I paired with an arm workout by Caro Daur. Also I tried on some pants that I stoped wearing bc they were to tight and they fit!! Hey! I just wanted to say it’s better you do it 1x a day because 2 will do more harm than good. I did some research because i was also doing workouts 2x a day and i found out that it’s actually super bad for you as it damages your body. I wish you good luck for the rest of your journey!

hi, please dont do intermittent fasting at your age!! you are so young and intermittent fasting can cause problems in growing girls. trust me, i have personal experience. just try to eat mindfully and balance the good and bad foods and you will be just fine. you are still growing and fasting can negatively affect that, its amazing that youre working on being healthier but dont put too much pressure/stress on yourself❤️

I'm not even kidding. I did this for 3 days straight and took photos of each day after i did this. It's my 3rd day and I can already see some changes. My stomach is more flat than it was on the first day. It literally works. Even tho it might be hard to continue, never give up. I'm gonna try this untill my summer break is over. Good luck to y'all!

DOING THIS WORKOUT FOR A WEEK! Start: upper ab 30 in middle 32 in lower 35 in weight: 60 kg Day 1 (6/21/23): ✅ I’ve taken a lot of pauses Day 2 (6/22/23):✅ wooooh! it hurts! Day 3 (6/23/23): ✅ done! Day 4: (6/25/23): ✅ wasn’t able to do workout last night bcause of work 😩 but will do another one this evening as a compensation hehe Day 5: (6/26/23) ✅ doneeee! Day 6: (6/28/23) ✅ done! Ive been so busy with work lately. Last day will be tomorrow! 💪 Day 7: ✅ DONEE END result: upper ab 29.5 middle 31 lower 34 Ps: finally i finished it! Please note that these are my realistic results. while exercising i take a lot of pauses. I didn’t do any kinds of diet, in fact, ive been in a lot of parties the past few days, eating to my hearts content 😆 Final note: this workout really worked for me. I am so mad at myself for stopping with my consistent workout routine, I would have literally had NO waist by now lol but this video here helped me shrink my waist a lot and although I did gain a bit of weight because I stopped being consistent, my hour glass is still there, just need to refine it. And if course at first It will take you time to actually do the exact number, but then your body will get use to it and it would be easier

Doing this as a mom 5 months postpartum. I’ve been telling myself I’m gonna get abs for years and having a baby body gave me the motivation i needed!! Day 1: was good, watched to make sure I had good posture to really get the full effects of the workout. doing this everyday till school starts!! goal- abs before august 18th day 1: it wasn’t too hard, but i had to take 5 second breaks in between cause it hurt. no results yet day 2: it was much easier than before but it burnt a lot. was much more painful than before but i didn’t take as much breaks as i did before. no results day 3: was pretty hard but nothing too much. burnt pretty bad but it flew by. no results yet day 4: burnt very bad. probably worse than days 1, 2, and 3. but flew by. almost felt like 1 minute. starting to see little results!! day 5: definitely burnt but it’s starting to get easier, it flies by super fast. my abs are killing me!😭

i'm gonna do this for 2 weeks - current - weight - 69kg/152.1lbs waist - 79cm/31.1in i am 172.72cm/5'8 i'll be eating around 1600 calories mon-thurs, and 1800 fridays and on the weekend (no sugar mon-thurs, moderated artifical sugar and junk foods on weekends/friday) day 1: done! didn't do the last one bc of how sore my legs were from the gym and i overate by 200 cal today bc it was st patricks day. oops! proud of myself for doing this at 10:30 when normally i wouldve js told myself ill start tmr!! loved the burn but hated that there weren't any timers day 2: done!!! day 3: done! also yesterday i ate 1733 and today (Sunday) i ate 1580 calories. my shoulders are literally so sore from volleyball so this was hell. the hardest is the 1 min abs and then 1 min bicycle crunches right after for me. also i finally figured out how to properly engage my core during the toe taps and the burn omgg. it's quickly turned into one of my fav ab exercises. day 4: done! day 5: finished and btw i ate 1603 cals today and yesterday day 6: rest day day 7: done! sucked sm bc it was after a 3h practice but oh well! day 8: done!! + did legs at the gym day 9: done!! day 10: done!! i came home super late from a volleyball tournament so im super proud of myself for doing it! also today was a cheat day but i don't have anymore till my next tournment next month. day 11: done! day 12: finished!! day 13: rest day day 14: ok so i planned this really badly bc i have my period tmr most likely (it was supposed to be today) and i had a 5 hour practice so i kinda half assed this (skipped last 3 LOLL) bc i was so tired. measurements - weight - 68.5kg/151.2lbs (-1.1lbs) waist - 77cm/30.3in (-2cm) pls like to remind me! i'm doing this again! starting - weight: 143.3lbs waist: 73.5cm/28.9in calorie deficit: 1500-1600 (eating anything i want but also focusing on protein) also i will try to do the 12-3-30 after my volleyball practices and workout but im making sure to not overwork myself before school starts last time i honestly half assed the exercises so this time i'll be doing them more effectively!!! day 1: done!! ate like shit today tho oops day 2: day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: results:

I am panting like a dog, and had some silent screams all through it. Empecé ayer 3 de Julio, voy a seguir actualizado ^^ Día 1 "03/07": me costó un poco pero logré hacerlos Día 2 "04/07": amanecí con dolor en el abdomen, por otro lado los ejercicios se me hicieron un poco más fáciles ^^ Día 3 "05/07": esté día de me hizo más fácil que en los dos primeros días, y ya no tengo tan hinchado el abdomen Día 4 "06/07": casi se me olvida actualizar. El día de hoy algunos ejercicios no me costaron casi nada, y pues la verdad si siento la cintura un poco más pequeña Día 5 "07/07": hola, en los ejercicios de hoy no tuve que descansar como en los otros, por otro lado no veo más diferencias en mi cintura Día 6 "08/07": descanso Día 7 "09/07": holaa, el día de ayer decidí tomar un descanso, pero ya hoy retomé los ejercicios,y pues la verdad si veo cambios, no son los más notorios, pero si se ve diferencia Día 8 "10/07": hecho (holaa, disculpen, pero hoy estuve muy ocupada, y no tuve tiempo para hacer los ejercicios, pero les prometo que mañana si haré el día 9

Empeze hoy 4 de julio 1-costo un poco hacerlo, bueno, en verdad fue difícil pero allá vamos . 2-costo un poco, y me dolía un poco el abdomen. 3- hoy me levanté con dolor en el abdomen y fue más fácil realizar los ejercicios. 4- el día de hoy se me están haciendo más fácil hacer los ejercicios 5-Hecho👍 6- no me costó hacer los ejercicios y te lo que admitir que empiezo a ver cambio 👍😅 7- waoo ya vamos por una semana, muchas gracias por sus apoyos y recordatorios🥳🥳🥳. En una semana y e observado un gran cambio pienso a notar que no cansan tanto como al principio los ejercicios. Mi abdomen está cogiendo forma empiezo a notar, pero algo que no sé si es a mí que me pasa, es que cuando terminó el ejercicio me escuentro mi abdomen bien y cuando ingiero comida vuelve todo atrás no como antes pero si un poco, saben por qué pasa??? Bueno si tienen alguna pregunta etiqueteme y encantada se las responderé . 8- Hecho 👍 9- estoy muy feliz, hecho 10- ya dies días desde que empeze los ejercicios y puedo decir que no me arrepiento y que hay muchos cambios, y no me duele como antes hacer los ejercicios como antes. 11- 12- 13- 14- 15-

Descansa y recomiendo hacer los ejercicios máximo 3 veces por semana y los demás descansar para que funcione, es muy importante

recording my results on here for people to feel motivated (and for myself) day1:✅finished the work out. i was pretty shaky and had a few breaks as expected, because i don't want to push myself too hard. all the crunches had the biggest effect on my abdominals, and the scissor/butterfly kicks hurt my back a lot because it was hard to keep my back on the ground. day 2:✅ quite sore today. didn't include the first crunches, as it hurt my abs too much, but i did the rest (with breaks) day 3:✅ I was dreading doing the work out today because my abs were SO SORE. crunches and the bicycle kicks were the worst, but still managed to do some of it. day 4:✅today was the easiest and i only had one break! my abs are hardly sore anymore, and i'm already starting to see a difference with my waist. day 5:✅it was so much easier today and i hardly stopped for breaks. my abs are no longer sore and i can definitely see a difference in my hourglass figure. day 6:✅finished it easy today and didn't have breaks for once day 7: please interact so i don't forget to update :)

REMINDER TO EVERYONE WHO'S FEELING GUILTY ABOUT SKIPPING A DAY!!! to gain even just a pound of fat overnight, you have to eat 3,500 calories over your usual maintenance levels. if you skipped a day and are worried because it looks like you gained weight, chances are, all of that is just water!! ••• Mis resultados de la rutina para la gente que hable español••• : Bueno, primeramente quiero recalcar dos cosas. 1- Esta rutina la hice un día sí y un día no (Lunes, miércoles y viernes), esto es porque ví que se tiene que dejar descansar el músculo aunque sea un día. Además, descansé los fines de semana. (Se puede decir que sólo hice ejercicio en días laborales.) 2- No hice ningún tipo de dieta especial. Solamente comía con medida 3 veces al día y tomaba mucha agua. Comencé haciendo esta rutina durante un mes y, ¿Qué puedo decir? El resultado es realmente notorio. Mi abdomen está mucho más marcado. También, comencé a intercalar rutinas, esto es que hacía 2 o 3 rutinas de otros videos al día. Las rutinas de Daisy me han servido de mucho, así que, si aún no han empezado pero tienen la intención, ¡Háganlo!, no se van a arrepentir de absolutamente nada. Recuerden que cada cuerpo es distinto y quise compartir mi experiencia con ustedes. ¡Mucho ánimo! ♡

solo se descansa cuando queremos aumentar 😊😊 ejemplo si quieres aumentar glúteos no puedes hacer todos los días el músculo tiene que descansar para así aumentar 😊😊😊 igual voy a probar esta rutina que escuché a muchos decir es bastante buena

@@nayelyposligua5330 pues, si apenas empiezas a hacer ejercicio, pienso que es mejor que comiences con pocas repeticiones o poco tiempo, esto para que poco a poco puedas ir aumentando intensidad y se te facilite hacer las rutinas. No olvides calentar antes de hacer ejercicio ;))

*doing this for a week straight, prom is really soon and i kinda need to tone up so i can feel confident in my dress. i'm gonna try to eat clean and stay active.* *starting measurement (waist):* 25.5in. *starting weight:* 57.6kgs. (i'm 5'6) ---------------------------------------- *Day 1:* done, paired it with a thigh workout by lilly sabri. ngl it burned lmfao. i didnt eat that clean and had a huge bowl of noodles but honestly, i enjoyed it, this is a reminder for everyone to eat the food you enjoy, in moderation! :) *Day 2:* done, it did burn but i was able to finish it without breaks. i paired it with 2 thigh workouts and a no jumping cardio workout. My goal for today is to drink at least 2L of water since i havent been hydrating well the past few weeks! I HAD THE BEST SALAD EVER FOR DINNER. okay ahem. cant wait for tomorrows workout actually. *Day 3:* done, oof today i only did this workout since i was out all day but i'm proud i did something :) doing something is better than doing nothing. also, i can feel the difference, even tho i already have somewhat visible abs, they're getting even more toned, which i like! lets gooo cant wait for tomorrow i'm actually excited. *Day 4:* skipped, honestly, i didnt do the workout today because i have to give my abs a break, i'm not used to training them everyday and the least i can do is listen to my body :) this wont affect my results, and i actually feel like rest days are essential in someones journey. wanted to remind anyone who's reading my daily updates that taking a break/rest day is necessary, give your body a break! cant wait for tomorrow!

i did this for 14+ days and here's my results + some tips ! day 1: ✅ first day was hard, but I tried not to take any breaks day 2: ✅ out of all of the days, this was the hardest day. my abs hurt so bad after yesterday day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ by day 4 it was way easier to do the workout. the burn in my abs feels right. day 5: ✅ surprised that I see noticeable toned abs already day 6: ✅ day 7: rest day day 8: ✅ starting to slightly see an hourglass shape day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ im looking forward to do this exercise everyday, it makes me feel so good afterwards day 11: ✅ results are very visible right after I do the workout day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ my hourglass shape is getting way more visible day 14: ✅ done with 14 the days! +really happy with my results tips: - remember every body is different and don't get frustrated if you don't see results right away. they will come eventually, just be patient and eat well. - it's okay if it's hard the first days; the more you do it, the easier it will get - don't ever use your head or legs to lift you up during these exercises; it may seem easier, but you won't see any results. - always flex your abs during exercises to see results quick! - if some days you don't have the motivation; open a window wide to get a lot of fresh air in your room. put on your sporty clothes and you will feel energetic for some reason (i have no idea how this works, but it does every time) and watch some before and after workout results. - if you only do this workout for 14 days, you will realize that your results are gonna fade away during summer if you don't do it regularly. - if you want abs and an hourglass shape body for the rest of your life, you workout for the rest of your life. it may sound scary, but the more you do it, the more it becomes a natural habit of your daily routine. it will feel relieving. - after the first 14 days do this workout 3 times a week to maintain your results if you want toned abs all summer long. after a while you can do it less and less this is a really effective workout and I wish you good luck

START - 26in (waist) Day 1 ✅ - It was okay, I skipped one of the lifting feet up bc i couldnt do it right (06-27) Day 2 ✅ - I woke up w my abs hurting, but I did good (06-28) Day 3 ❌ - forgot (06-29) Day 4 ❌ - no time to do (06-30) Day 5 ✅ - done (07-01) Day 6 ✅ - only did half bc i was tired (07-02) Day 7 ✅ - did all without skipping (07-03) Day 8 ✅ - did all but last workout, getting easier (07-04) Day 9 ✅ - did it in the morning so i got it out the way, but getting easier (07-05) Day 10 ✅ - i was at the beach all day but when i got home i did it. my new measurements are 25.5in. (07-06) Day 11 ✅ - getting easier n see slight difference (07-07) Day 12 ✅ - the only difference is the fact i could be full like bloated n still see a bit of shape, but it’s only been 2 weeks, so i’ll wait (07-08) Day 13 ✅ - it’s getting so much easier, but difference is i’ve gone down an inch since i’ve started (07-09) Day 14 ✅ - done, but i was lazy n didn’t do everything (07-10) The difference hasn’t been l much bc i wanna be real with u guys. I'm going to be doing this workout for a month before junior year! ❤ (I know I'm starting late, it's already the 3rd!!) Waist: 28 inches Hips: 33.5 inches - Week 1 - Day 1: ✅️ I think I may be doing these wrong because I didn't feel that much of a burn. Hopefully I get better the more I do them. [03/08/2023] Day 2: ✅️ I did it!!! I tried doing them slower and I reallyyy felt the burn, I had to take a few second break in between just to BREATHE. [04/08/2023] Day 3: ❌️ I'm on a short vacation and can't do it right now!! But I walked a lot today, so hopefully that counts? [05/08/2023] Day 4: ❌️ Again, I'm pretty sorry I can't be updating this for all of you but I'll be continuing in a couple of days!! [06/08/2023] Day 5: ❌️ Vacations ending soon, lets go!! I also walked a TON today (my legs.... they hurt). [07/08/2023] Day 6: ❌️ Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation, I know I should have started this AFTER my vacation because consistency is everything but I forgot... [08/08/2023] Day 7: ❌️ Vacation over!!! I will be continuing this workout tomorrow! [09/08/2023] Week 1 Overview: Nothing has really changed but that's completely MY fault. I'm going to continue doing this and I will probably see changes once I do this daily! - Week 2 - Day 8: ✅️ THIS. WAS. THE. LONGEST. TEN. MINUTES. OF. MY. LIFE. I guess it's because I haven't done it in so long.. 😔 [10/08/2023] Day 9: ✅️ I almost missed today as I was busy all day but I made sure I completed it before heading to bed. I must hold myself accountable!! [11/08/2023] Day 10: ✅️ Today was not a good day for workouts as I was in a terrible mood but I still did it, though I didn't feel as good as I usually do during this workout due to the bad day. [12/08/2023] Day 11: ❌️ I legit just forgot 💀💀 [13/08/2023] Day 12: ✅️ I feel terrible for missing yesterday but there's nothing I can do except keep going. The Russian twists make no sense for me and I have no clue how to do them but whatever. [14/08/2023] Day 13: ✅️ Butterfly kicks HURT so bad. Like it burned omgg [15/08/2023] Day 14: ✅️ I almost ran out of time today due to being out all day but I did it! I STILL don't understand how to do Russian twists but whatever 🤷♀️. [16/08/2023] Week 2 Overview: I remained fairly consistent this week (woohoo!! 🎉) and it has paid off, I can notice a slightly more cinched waist and a fairly flatter stomach. Can't wait to see through the month and marvel at my results. 😊 - Week 3 - Day 15: ✅️ Done!!! I'm so proud of myself for being able to do a workout this long, I usually give up after 2 to 3 days. The results are slightly changing which are making me want to keep going!! [17/08/2023] Day 16: ✅️ Today's workout was great and I feel so energized after completing it. I was very sleepy as I had just woken up but I am now more awake than ever!! 😂 [18/08/2023] Day 17: ❌️ I wasn't able to do this because I was out hiking all day. But I did walk for hours on end so maybe that counts? 😅 [19/08/2023] Day 18: ✅️ Done!!! It went by painfully slow and I've got no clue why. 😭 [20/08/2023] Day 19: ✅️ The workout felt super fast today and honestly, my waist is looking a lot more cinched and I have been feeling a lot more energized as of late! This workout is really great. [21/08/2023] Day 20: ✅️ That went by sooo quick!! I've been doing this so much that I have basically memorized the routine 😂, maybe that's what is making it faster? There's only a couple days left until I am done logging my results and I am superrr thankful to everyone who has been cheering me on!! (It has held me accountable and is making me do it more!!!) ❤ Also the workout is hurting a lot less after getting so used to it. [22/08/2023] Day 21: ❌️ I can't do it the next couple of days due to something that has come up, hopefully I will be able to continue shortly as I really enjoyed this workout. On the days I wasn't able to do the workout, my stomach was a lot more bloated; but yesterday I found that it had barely changed in size since the morning!!! [29/08/2023] Day 28: ✅️ OMG SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW!!!! 😭 Therefore, this will be my last day logging my results and I just want to thank all of you who have cheered me on during this journey, it really helped a ton ❤❤ I'm looking in the mirror and the difference is insane, ny stomach looks flattet and my waist is a bit more cinched!!! [30/08/2023] Week 4 Overview: I just checked my measurements and... Waist: 27 inches Hips: 32 inches OMG!!! 🎉🎉 I lost an inch off my waist and 1.5 of my hips!! It even looks different from the picture I took when I started, my stomach is SO MUCH less bloated throughout the day and I feel a lot better. Try to do them slower just until you can feel the burn. More control usually helps feel the burn more!! Faster doesn’t really do anything. Also with crunches try to have your abs bring u up and down not ur whole body/neck. Have ur abs squeezing.

I've been doing this workout since around the end of January and lemme tell y'all yhe results are AMAZING this snatches you right up I started seeing results around 2-3 weeks personally but everyone's different don't feel discouraged when you don't see results fast because instead of seeing results you WILL feel a difference and notice the workouts getting easier. Since January I've lost around 20lbs and even now I started to go to the gym a couple weeks ago I still fit this workout in my routine!! Thank You Daisy !!! 🌼❤

i'm gonna do this for 2 weeks because it was one of the best workouts for me that helped me get a snatched waist for summer last year ;) height: 164 cm weight: ~64 kg (i gained 6 kg since last summer because i went through a bad time) day 1: yup i remember how hard it was a year ago but i promise it will get better in a few days, we have to keep going! my stomach feels weird because i ate so much junk food the whole day but i'm gonna eat healthier tomorrow (i'm not doing a diet, only trying to eat cleaner) day 2: well i totally forgot to continue the workout because of easter so i also ate a lot over the last days and i just felt so awful because i kept on binging and my whole body hurts but i dont even know why i eat so much 😭 well i just finished having a mental breakdown and decided to do this workout even though i was ready to fall asleep so i could kind of feel like i did something right today...well the workout was okay but my stomach is full of cookies and i dont feel good but i try to get better with my food habits 💪 day 3: today the workout already felt so much easier! (i did it at 6 a.m. before school hahaha) i also didnt binge for the first time in weeks :) Like to remind me 👍

Did this for a whole month in the summer before quitting cause it’s so much commitment to do this and the difference was so noticeable, my family noticed and would comment on how I looked slimmer, but I’m back at it again and hopefully I won’t lose motivation again. I am 220 pounds, I’m doing this and like three other videos of hers and I really hope I don’t lose motivation again. I wanna be skinny and healthy and I wanna lose at least 50 pounds same time next year. Wish me luck.💀😭🙏

LETS KEEP GOING GUYS‼ day 24 ✅ was easy once again im not having any problems with this workout. it is almost week 4 and im so comfortable with showing my stomach to everyone now. not that i wasnt comfortable before but its like im more okay with it, yk? ANYWAYS if you guys r doing the workout i hope ur seeing the same results as i am! hard work really pays off i legit have abs now LOL! youll get there! come back for tmr 🥳 day 25 ✅ same as yesterday! was really easy but i did do some cardio for about an hour so i did kinda feel it but other than that yeah it was really easy and WERE ALMOST THERE OMG I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE END RESULTS LOL when i compare my body now to my body 3 weeks ago im shocked. my stomach is so flat and toned now. i used to always be bloated but im not bloated AT ALL so im really exited for pool days!!! see you guys tmrrr ☺ day 26 ✅ easy, same as all the other days!! i do dance in school and my classmates r telling me how i have such an hourglass body with killer abs i think theyre hyping me up a little TOO much BUT i love the complements and im so happy people notice 🥺 come back for day 27 tho! 🥰 day 27 ✅ i did 2 workouts today and the 1st workout was 13 mins so i was crying throwing up and going insane. then i did this workout so id say it was a little challenging. as the days past i look at the days im on and see im getting closer and closer to day 30 help. 1 more day till 4 week check in tho and 3 more days until im done with this challenge! im so proud of myself for not giving up! SEE U GUYS TMRRRR day 28 ✅ week 4, DONE!! as always the workout was rlly easy lol thankfully i didnt loose any weight as im happy with my weight now! i have gotten more toned and a slim waist as well as more energetic, and confident. i can easily do this workout now as before i was STRUGGLING bc my core was so weak. ive very happy with the results but ill tell you guys if anything changes on day 30. ill give final results when it comes time! see you on day 29. i have now been doing this workout for a week!! saturday: heart racing, stomach burning but finished sunday: same as saturday, my skin was even warm to the touch monday: completed and easier tuesday: completed wednesday: completed thursday: skipped friday: did twice to make up for friday, stomach got numb but i loved it tbh i can already see a difference, never seen anything work this fast and this good !!

Yes!! I been doing 2x times of the same exercise in her video and I can tell a big difference on day three (todaY) my waist got smaller by like a lot, so if you want a fast result do this 2x times in one sitting!! Good luck and also you’ll feel sore after day 1 and day2

I’m doing this for a month. I’m gonna try and stay consistent. Day 1:✅ I did fine, I got tired on some of the exercises but I worked through it. My legs and arms hurt a bit but I’m kinda excited for tomorrow. 😄🤪 Day 2:✅ I woke up sore but still exercised, took a few second breaks but made it. My body is still sore but day 2 complete yay! 😁

I am going to do this for 2 weeks: I don’t really care about abs I’m just trying to improve for volleyball. I already have a pretty tiny waist but I don’t have abs quite yet haha Day one: I did this completely with no breaks, it was difficult but fun. I definitely think I will see results Day two: kinda sore, it was harder today but I can definitely feel accomplished after I’m down haha Day three: definitely getting easier! I’m feeling very accomplished so far!! Day four: super tired, ate a lot of candy during Halloween but didn’t want to miss a day😂😂 Day five: super fun! I did it twice today I was feeling very motivated Day six: I was super sore today because of volleyball but I still pushed through and feel accomplished Day seven: today marks a week doing this workout and it gets so much easier and I can still feel like it’s helping me! Day eight: super sore, but it went ok! And I can definitely see the line for abs now. Keep working hard:) Day nine: I’m so proud of myself for continuing to do this everyday with no breaks! It was pretty easy today I was tired from schoolwork tho haha Day 10: I was super tired but still did it haha Day 11: it’s pretty easy for me now, I added a few things to it and it was quite the burn haha Day 12: I can’t believe I’ve already done this for 12 days! It gets easier I promise I even had to add a few things to it to make it really intense! I notice a difference! Day 13: second last day wow! It was pretty good today but I was sore from volleyball and coaching today Day 14: I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks, I can see my abs now and I hit way harder in volleyball:) thanks to the two people that liked and followed mg journey haha

if you do it in two weeks and you get the results you want but then stop doing the workout you’re going to lose your progress because you stopped you have to keep going and do the workout everyday

Doing this for 2 weeks and I'll be updating daily :)) + results at the end of week 2 Waist: 30 inches / 76 cm Height: 172 cm Day 1: ☑️ I took like a minute break between each exercise and it was still kinda hard, but I did every exercise :D felt my abs after the 10 minutes, so that’s a good sign Day 2: ☑️ Still the same as yesterday, it didn’t really get easier for me. I did it though, and I'm feeling it in my abs again right now after the exercises. Also, I wasn't sore or anything from yesterday Day 3: ☑️ Was kinda easier than day 1 and 2. Took shorter breaks or none at all between the exercises. Scissor and butterfly kicks are still the most difficult ones though because my legs are already kinda muscled and that makes it a bit heavier :)) Day 4: ☑️ Was definitely easier today. Did every exercise perfectly except the two ones I mentioned in day 3 (with like 1 break). Felt my abs today the most. Remind me to update with the like button :))

Doing this for a hot summer body (updating everyday till july 11) Weight: 53.4kg Waist: 27 inches Day 1: ✅It was hard and the Russian twists were the worst Day 2: ❌I wasn't feeling well, im going to make up for this day Day 3: ✅ My legs are so sore omg and i'm still struggling on the russian twists Day 4: ✅ I felt like dying on the last one but im getting way better at the russian twist Day 5: ✅ omg today russian twists got sm better, i stoped 7 times on my first day and only 1 today during it Day 6: ✅ I did it in the morning and I was going to do it again at night to compensate for day 2 but something came up so i couldn't Day 7: ❌ I have no motivation in me to do it, my pet passed away yesterday night and its the worst feeling i've ever felt Day 8: ❌ I still cant get over the death of my baby boy and had no motivation but i will try my best to get back on track tomorrow !! Im taking a break to get better for a little time and will be back on the 2nd of July ! **Update: I lost around an inch of my stomach and the difference is really clear and i've started to bloat less too* BACKKK (same measurements and weight somehow) im sorry for leaving for so long I really wasn't feeling mentally well Day 1: ✅ I feel the burn in my abs and my legs, plus i've gotten worst at the russian twists Day 2: ✅ I hate the reverse crunches, I also got a bit better at the russian twists Day 3: ✅ It was def easier today, i dont really see any changes yet Day 4: ✅ It was nice but the russian twists were really bad, I also see a bit of change not much though Day 5: ✅ The russian twist were better today the last exercise was killing me Day 6: ✅ It went really well today and I finally was able to do the russian twists without stopping Day 7: ❌ I forgot lol Day 8: ✅ Ayy omg it was so easy today and the russian twist were not hard to do Day 9: Day 10: UPDATEEE: Please interact so i wont forget :) Also thank you so much for all the comments they made my day and helped me move on faster, you guys deserve all the love in the world!!

Doing this exercise for 2 weeks!! starting: 5’9, 160lbs, 28.5 waist Day 1: It was really hard since i never exercise and barely even get out of bed lmao, i got through it anyway with a lot of breaks. russian twists were very hard. Day 2: was still very hard, it did not seem to get any more easy. I took a lot of breaks. felt the burn really bad. i eat junk food a lot so i wasn’t sure at this point if it was going to work and was a bit discouraged. Day 3: Was easier than previous days. I am starting to see some results down 1.5lbs😆 To be fair, i am doing some other exercises along this one so i recommend doing this with another one to get faster results Day 4: was easy to get through!! still had some trouble with russian twists so i did not do the the full minute on that one- my waist has gone down .5 inches so i am very happy to start seeing some results on my waist!! (also i am not dieting)😆😆 Day 5: I did this exercise twice today, once in the morning and once in the evening. was very easy to do (still can’t do russian twists for the life of me😭) but it was not very hard!! Day 6: VERY EASY!! i got through it very easily and i did more russian twists than i did in previous days. I have lost 2.5 lbs now!! and 1 full inch on my waist! day 7: woohoo!! a full week!! it had gotten very easy and goes by very fast when i am doing this exercise day 8: done!! no extra comments today i’m lazy lol day 9: idk how but i gained all the weight back i’m at the same weight again😕 anyways i did it twice today day 10: no extra comments lol!! did it once today day 11: i was out with friends so i did not have time to do it today day 12: was a rlly busy day and at the end of the day when i had time i accidentally fell asleep😭😭so i will be going on to 16 days since i skipped 2 day 13: done! no extra comments today lok day 14: i was very sick today and i tried to get up and exercise but i couldn’t breathe like a minute in:( hopefully i will feel better tomorrow day 15: still sick😢 day 16: feeling better lol!! i did it twice today day 17: done ✅ day 18: done✅ end stats: 5’9 height, 158.1 lbs, 27inch waist FINISHED EVERYTHING!!

Btw for russian twists you dont need to put ur legs up, it will probably reduce more cals, but if it’s too hard maybe try and put legs up for like 5 seconds and each day do it more!

@@olives13 no, if anything you need to keep them up at all times. Focus only on your legs when you do that workout. I usually lift mine higher at the start so I’m no where close to setting them down. It’s probably the most important part of the twist because it’s what’s balancing your waist while your upper body is twisting, that’s what makes it hurt. Hurt is good

Results: (before 30inch waist, after 26.5) I did this workout every day for three weeks & I also drank green tea with it & began intermittent fasting (I ate what I want but only in small amounts) IT WORKSSSSSS EDIT: Okii so update! This is sooo effective to create an hourglass waist & right now, I do 3 sets per each exercise so for instance, 3x of 1 min with 10 sec break per 1 min for crunches. And as of now, the line in the middle of my stomach is starting to form AND IM SOO HAPPY YALL GOT THIS!!!!

Doing this (again) because the new years motivation hit and I want to look snatched asf Weight: 56.3kg Waist: around 27in *updating on day 14 Day 1: ✅ I am so sore but its so worth it (also did her bubble butt workout) Day 2: ✅ (+ bubble butt) I was so un motivated today and it hurt so baddd Day 3: ✅ Today also made me sore asf but it was so much easier Day 4: ✅ (+ bubble butt) The last 2 exercises killed me ffs but the others were ok Day 5: ✅ (+ bubble butt) Donee and it was so much easierrr Day 6: ✅ It was ok today like not hard but not easy Day 7: ✅ (+ bubble butt) AYY 1 WEEK DONE Day 8: ✅ (+ bubble butt) I thought it was going to be easy but Im so tired and sore Im so sorry guys but it was my first week back to school and my mini exams week so I was exhausted and had to study a lot but I will start doing it from tomorrow onwards because my exams are finally over Day 9 (continuing): Please interact so I wont forget :)

Heyyy i have the same goal as you!!! Im very motivated and want to keep this up all year. Weight: 116lbs/52kg (literally looked how much was 116lbs in google lol) 😂 I’ll update after this month 😊 I better see some abs ong 😠😭 Update- I’m definitely a person that has to wait for a few months to see results. I feel like there is changes but I don’t see it or it’s not a big change. This workout always have me sweating. My back hurts a lot and I shake while doing it but it’s not that bad the first time when you do it however your second time it’s even harder. Shaking plus trying to keep my core tight makes me forget how to breath. My diet is not healthy, I eat whatever I got in my house or handed to me. Does food matter a lot when working out? Now it’s the end of the month and my back does not hurt at all but my legs burn and shake more. I use to do it for 30 minutes(I try to) so I do it 3x and I only do it on weekdays and not the weekends because I thought that was better. Now ima do it everyday but do it for 30 minutes. Ima try to go longer but ima just keep it simple for a bit. Once I start going to the gym ima try to do it for a hour of two but of course different workouts. Oh and I almost forgot. I hate Russian twist, it’s a pain like I would even try to skip it or try to waste the time (I did)

Tips from a gym girl: - take one minute pauses between each exercise - drink a lot of water (2liters) - I do this routine every two days so my body has time to recover before the next one - if you're a beginner I'd suggest going with less time or less repetitions on the first days and picking up the pace when your body gets used to it - too much exercise can cause an injury so don't overdo it or do this routine twice without any rests because you might be harming yourself, rest is key - your diet is really important, make sure to eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates, a lot of fibers (make sure to drink a lot of water because too much fiber can make you constipated and it's horrible lol) and as long as you burn the calories you can eat them as well with no trouble. - I can't stress this enough: take rests, all the protein your body eats in the day it will turn into muscle while you sleep and rest(mostly in the sleep so take good long naps at night darling) - never give up, you can do it, you have gone through so much, it might hurt a little, but it's only in the beginning, when you get used to it you won't feel a thing, and it's always worth it when you're working on yourself, you can do it queen

@@josie1301 nope, since there's like, two types of exercise: for weight loss and muscle gain. I believe this routine is for weight loss, but the best thing to do in case of doubt is to consult a professional, like a personal trainer or someone who can give you a routine specific for your body, still I believe this exercise won't make your waist wider since it focuses on the belly/abs muscles instead of the ones on our waist

Doing this everyday till school starts!! Day 1: ✅ pretty hard!! I took a couple breaks in between, but I can do it! Day: 2 ✅ it felt harder then day 1, took more breaks but did it! Day 3: ❌ I had a sleepover! I didn’t have time to do it :( Day 4: ✅ it got a tiny bit easier!! I got through it with not as many breaks Day 5: ✅ I pushed through and did it without any breaks! My abs are hurtinggg but I did it!! Day 6: ✅ same as yesterday, did it without any breaks! Day 7: ✅ again, no breaks!! Abs are so sore!! Whew! First week done!! Week 1 results: My abs are getting more toned!! And the hour glass shape is clothing through to! Can’t wait for week 2 results! Day 8: ✅ another day, another workout! No breaks again Day 9: ❌ I literally just forgot- 😭😭 Day 10: ✅ did it!! Again no breaks. Day 11: ✅ again no breaks Day 12:✅ no breaks! But who it hurt! Day 13: ✅ again, another workout no breaks. Day 14: ✅ again no breaks Week 2 results: not much of a difference tbh. I missed some days so that’s probably why. Day 15: ✅ another day another workout, no breaks! Looking forward to week 3! Day 16: ✅ no breaks again Day 17: ✅ almost forgot to do it- but I remembered and finished before 12:00 AM!! No breaks. Day 18: ✅ again, done Day 19:✅ doneeee no breaks! Day 20: ✅ no breaks AGAIN Day 21: ✅ done! That wraps up week 3! Week 3 results: honesty, my abs look like when I finished week 1.. this workout probably doesn’t work short term. Day 22: ✅ done Day 23: ✅ no breaks Day 24:✅ so close to finishing! Day 25:✅ 3 days left! Day 26:✅ done again Day 27: ✅ tomorrow is the last day! Day 28 (final day!!): I’m done!!!!!! I just want to say that I’ve been doing this workout for a month now and I’ve gotten compliments of my body. I rarely take off my sweater at school and the one day I did at least 4 people said I had a nice body. I definitely recommend this workout, I’ve had my confidence raised and overall it’s just fun to do it so I will continue to workout. Here’s a few tips to how i’ve stayed consistent: 1. Find a workout that’s fun for you (this one is the one for me) 2. Drink lots of water before and after but also just throughout the day 3. Either watch something like videos, movies, etc. or listen to music while doing this workout since it will distract you from the time 4. This one is interesting but I usually do the workout on days that I will wash my hair so it feels like I deserved to wash it yk 5. And finally don’t overdo the workouts; if you are tired and can’t manage to do one of them pause the video or just take your time it will slowly get easier I hope you guys get the dream body you want and be proud of yourself for your hard work as you go🫶

Updating daily: Day 1: hurt like HELL, took so many breaks in between but still feel super accomplished Day 2: around the same but I did less breaks and felt a little dizzy since I barely drank water today Day 3: NO BREAKS TODAY!!! Really proud I have made it this far and I have decided to do a leg workout since I am tall and have long legs Day 4: Did half in the morning and half before bed. I feel that I can already see a difference. My stomach is slimmer and my figure is getting more defined. Day 5: I felt a bit of pain the end today but I was able to push through it. Drank a lot of water today and felt really happy and excited to do this. I do it before I go to bed. Day 6: skipped today! Day 7: Saturday so its my sport day, did it in the arvo. Felt the burn, probs cuz I skipped yesterday. I feel that my figure is heaps more defined than when I started. Really happy with these results. Day 8: did sooo much walking today, core hurt pretty bad but again no breaks. Day 9: I have started to eat healthier and feel so good. Taking a few breaks now but thats ok!!
