Day two! After kidney cancer and 4 surgeries (kidney, shoulder, hernia, kidney again) in 2020-2022, I went from an active 52 year old to a stiff little old lady in 3 short years. I like everything about your videos, simple calm encouragement, reminders about breathing and posture, and the screens with encouraging messages bring tears to my eyes; “Today I will love myself enough to exercise”. My m-in-law is 95 years old. We do a small amount of exercises every evening, but needed just a few more ideas (good ones) to add to our usual routine. I found your video today as I was looking for a chair workout. I am 400 pounds and my goal is to loose over half my body weight. In have been working out for an hour a day for 32 days now. I have noticed several little changes already; my wedding ring is loose, my joins hurt less and my ROM has drastically improved! I can touch the floor and I can hold my hands behind my back. I have been juicing and making smoothies. I am a newbie at all of this and I am loving it! I soak up information all the time and apply it. My goal is to become a health and fitness instructor and motivate and inspire others to be healthy from the inside out! Freedom!

Thanks Susan! I am doing great. I had health issues from March-September 2014. On December 1,2014 I resumed my health journey. In 5 weeks I've lost 20 lbs. I'm feeling great. My endurance has increased and I have been walking 5000+ steps a day. This week I have been jigging in place for about 10-20 seconds at a time! First time in my life!!! Also, I strength train and do cardio. It is a daily battle but I have drive and determination for the first time. I'm much more confidant and bold than I have ever been. Here's to a new life! Just did this workout with an 80+ year old retired nun at the care home where I work, and it's a good one! Thanks Coach Kozak. Sister went on to tell one of the nursing aides that "It's good and energizing. He's easy to watch, too!" ;) We'll keep this one in the rotation of morning exercises for a long time to come.

These exercises are excellent. I am 72 and have Neuromuscular disease and can't do any standing exercises. I have been doing these exercises 2 and 3 times per day. I feel so much stronger now after doing them for the last 2 weeks. When I saw my doctor I was telling him about the exercises and he was very happy. I have had over 400 physical therapy visits, but I like these exercises better. Thank you so much for making this video available.

I have really enjoyed the HASfit Seated Exercise Program. While recooperating from pelvic and shoulder fractures and injury, these were a nice addition on the days when I did not have structured Physical Therapy. I have a home exercise program, yet these provided variety. I am also building stamina by doing more than one on certain days. Thank you!

This is how I got started, Hasfit you still have the best-seated workouts. After my second ankle surgery, sometimes I still have pain in my foot. I just need to say thank you for all the great videos you have done over the years. When we all were mandated the stay at home order in Florida I found a way to help my 89 year old dad stay active using your 10 minute chair exercise from 2013. We have been doing it together through Skype six days a week for four months. My dad has suffered with "Drop Foot" for almost two years and is doing so much better now then he ever did going to physical therapy. And it has been a great time spent with him. Thanks Coach Kozak!

THank You! These workouts are exactly what I need to help with my mother. My mother is elderly and has much difficulty doing any kind of exercises. I am doing your workouts with her. It helps her alot and gives us time together that is productive. She can't do the entire 10 min workout but she is trying and it helps her depression to succeed even a little.

Your videos are really helpful! I'm not elderly, but I do this one at work every day now. I am a transcriptionist and sit all day and these exercises are a nice break that help me still feel mobile and not as "tight" after sitting for such a long time while working! I also do one of your other videos each morning before work. Love them! Coach is super at teaching, training, and encouraging! :)

Thank you for this. I'm so glad I found it. I am 79 years old with a-fib so am afraid to get my heart rate up very much as it goes into arrhythmia so most exercises are too much for me. I am over 300 lbs and it is almost impossible to do much any more, but I'm not ready to become totally sedentary yet. This feels like just what I was looking for. My first workout was this morning and I lasted through it and it feels good. I will come back to this again as I think it is about all I can do right now.

Thank you! My next BD is 80. Before COVID I used to exercise twice weekly at the Senior center. During COVID we didn't meet for exercise and I managed to fall down in the house 🏡 on 4 occasions , the last one I cracked my pelvis in 4 places and spent a whole month on my back in a hospital bed until I healed. Now I walk with a cane for security. You are doing a wonderful job for us elderly people, giving us back our mobility . I look forward to working out with you, Coach!

These exercises have been a Godsend for me. I am 66 years old, had a liver transplant, broke 6 vertebrae, and a heart attack, all in 6 months! I am limited to what I can do, and still can't walk more than 10 to 20 steps without support, so these exercises are essential for my health. I am very grateful to have these@

Hi! Love these videos. I recommend them within my senior living company. One suggestion: if seniors were in your videos, doing the exercise along with you, it would be a hit. Consider featuring old people, it would make it much more relatable and engaging for older people to watch.

I just started tonight. My first time I did 10 minutes and it's great. My sugar rate is too high because I don't exercise. I hope to stop it from increasing and stable down to a normal rate, by continuing to do this from now on. My nutritionist recommended this chair exercise.
