I totally agree with you. I have MS and this is such a huge help to have modified versions. I really enjoy the one for heavy legs with green tee on. I like how he always emphasizes no excuses and it feels like he's right in front of you with the motivational pep talks about our form😊

Hi Donovan! My name is Kim and this is the first day of the rest of my life. You see, I am 54 years old and weigh 460lbs. My BMI is 72.3. I have been battling morbid obesity for most of my adult life. I finally, after 10 years of arguing with my doctor, agreed to gastric surgery....only to find out that my insurance will only cover it if I have a BMI over 45 (check) and a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. I do NOT have diabetes so they will not cover the surgery. I took the news as God wants me to do this without surgery and today was day 1. I was only able to make it through half of this workout but my goal is to do a little more every day. I'm glad I found you!!

Im 38 and am bow tipping 400lbs😭 since covid….it’s sooo hard to move I cannot believe how much last 50 lbs I gained has restricted my life… I have been approved for the surgery but I have to lose 10% to get there, together we can do it… it’s so lovely I feel so absolutely beaten… but I have an amazing 10yr old boy who I want to watch grow up so I have to succeed!!!!!

Thank youuuuuuuuu so much!! I am so happy I found your channel. I am 38 yrs old and I am 391 pounds. I am also a single momma of 3. I was diagnosed with 2 types of lupus, fibromyalgia, type 2 diabetes , endometriosis, a pulmonary embolism and now pulmonary hypertension. The doctors say I can lose the weight because all the steroids and medications I am on. They said I might die early. Well I am here to prove them wrong!! I will live and I will lose this weight. I will be around to see my children grow up and live their lives!!

Cancer patient here recovering from surgery of metal rod inserted in my femur to keep the bone from breaking since it's eaten away by cancer. Needed to get moving so my lymph nodes stop hurting and these videos are just the ticket! I’m 80 and I’ve tried everything in a workout, you name it! This 10 minute chair is perfect. I can do it! I started last Friday morning. I planned on doing it again in the afternoon but got halfway through. Today is Tuesday and I feel so good after my chair workout. Listen to your body. I’m thinking a walk with my dog later on today. Okay... I'm 59 (60 in 3 months) and I need to lose some weight and try to get some kind of muscle tone before we head to Europe for a month in June. I am surprised that 1) you actually get a workout from stitting in a chair 2) the ten minutes went pretty quickly 3) I'm breathing hard, but I think I might be able to do this. I will keep you posted as to how this next month goes. I will commit to doing this 10 minute work out every day for the next 30 days. Wish me luck and prayers!!

This was a really good workout....not sure what I expected but it made me sweat and take a quick break here and there😊. I also felt like getting up out of the chair so thank you! It has truly broken my heart because I am a very outdoor person. Today I decided I would workout only if the person would inspire me to keep going. You have a way because you care. I used to go tot he gym 3 days a week and ran 2-3 miles regularly. Just under 2 years ago I was diagnosed with MS. My balance is shot and walking and standing are rough on my best day. I've lost so much muscle mass. I just found this today and I'm just so happy. It gives me that feeling of pushing myself I thought I'd lost.

I'm a fat lazy bloke but I decided to try this. I just tried this for the first time. It's harder than it looks but it feels like I've actually done something. My shoulders and inner hips feel tight/tired and sweat is dripping from my forehead. I'm going to keep this up daily. Maybe twice if I can. It feels like a good start for "lazy bones" to get into exercise

Thank you for this video, this was my first workout other than Physical Therapy when I was learning to walk again. Small backstory Nov 2020, after having CV-19 I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis. In which my body is attacked my spinal cord instead of cv-19, causing my right side to go numb. I still deal with chronic back pain and numbness daily. Well I picked up about 20 to 30 lb since I haven't been able to work and this was my very first workout post TM. And you motivated me to do the whole 10 minutes, as soon as I start crying because I thought I was going to have to stop and couldn't go no farther, you started pushing and motivating right on time and I thank you for that. I made it the whole 10 minutes.

Good morning, today was my first day. I have really just let my emotional eating get out of control gaining nearly 💯 lbs..I no it's terrible. Atleast I have decided to try once more. I went for a walk this morning 1 mile and I did your chair exercise as I find the jumping and bouncing around exercise to be too troublesome as I'm so out of shape, yeah this is a person. Who was running 4 miles a day 6 years ago. Well, wish me luck. I barely did today's exercise but, I made it through..I work a job on computers all day and my back has no strength now. My husband I'm sure was surprised that I even took this walk. I'm doing this for me and for US

You got this! Just keep moving and then slowly progressing yourself. Build up a good support system and track your progress so you can look back at the small gains when you feel discouraged. Best wishes! 👌🏾

After doing a walk 1 or 2 mile, this was great to do. I didn't know that a chair workout would be beneficial

Hi Donovan my name is Bryan and I’m a disabled vet I have had 34 surgeries over the last five years. I was in bed for four straight years and I’ve been up for a year now I decided I was just going to die. My right leg is amputated below the knee. I did your workout this morning and will be doing daily because I don’t just want to survive any longer I want to live again. Thank You and God bless!
