Which three ? There are loads to try, although a few need resistance bands which I don't have. I do keep going back to the 80s and 90s dance though which was the first one I found after trying a few Cher and similar workouts. p.s. In the comments on the Cher one someone said that years ago they lost several stone after finding the tape in a thrift store and doing it everyday for months. "The only bad exercise session is the one that doesn't happen"

I remember when I first started; I wasn't able to keep up with pamela. But thankfully my stamina has been increased and finally I can do every single workout with not breaks. My next goal is to do the 60 minutes hard-core program. Let's do this team

In previous experiences, this means to have someone doing some hard training but easy for them Well i misjudged you and im happy about trying your video as someone overweight, sedentary, in her way to change it, your routine was funny and easy to follow.
