wow, i started working out with pam at the time when she released the R&B dance workout and i remember i was literally DYING during the last part. now, about 3-4 months later i did this entire thing and it wasn't a big problem for me, i'm just a little (a lot) sweaty and my heart is beating like super fast but i still have energy and i'm not dead like i was after just one song a few months ago. i find it amazing, i'm proud of myself and i'm so thankful for everything pam has done for me and us

I am 17, with a real broken heart (got out of a 3-year long relationship) and have performed terribly in my exams even after studying. 😶 I know one thing for sure and that is, a guy or anything at all in life can’t stop you. And to be unstoppable, you need an active mind and body. Pam, thank you so much for everything, really. People like you inspire me as I surely can achieve impossible things because I am magnificent. FIRST TIME NO BREAKS AND I DID IT AS AN EXTRA WORKOUT AFTER THE 30 MIN PLAN! Thank you PAM!!! When you first uploaded this workout I was skipping the jump plank burpees as that was too challenging... now I'm all sweaty, happy and full of energy

Thank you so much Pamela! Who knew working out could be fun? Even if I don't burn any fat or lose any weight, this is amazing for your health and so much fun! After doing this I was in such a good mood for the rest of the day. I loved it so much that I did one of your thigh workouts, ab workouts, this workout and 2 other of your dance workouts in the past 6 hours😅 This is the first time I can ever remember being EXCITED to workout :) Keep making awesome videos!
