Mình tập 2 lần 1 ngày 1 sáng + 1 tối , mới tập thì thấy rất mệt nhưng sang ngày tiếp theo thì đỡ mệt hẳn , kiên trì tập + chế độ ăn uống hợp lí + 2 lít nước/ ngày thì sau 1 tuần thôi sẽ thấy cải thiện cân nặng rõ nha mng cố lên nàooooo vì một sức khỏe tốt và một cơ thể săn chắc 😘😘

@@HuyenTrieu-fh3hg với cả thấy tập bài này thú vị nên ngày nào mình cũng hoàn thành chỉ tiêu hết hihi, chứ trước kia k biết đến bài này mình có tập qua một số bài tập khác cảm giác nó mệt và đau nhức , dù có giảm nhưng rất dễ tăng cân trở lại , nên mình nghĩ tập mấy bài tập thế này là hợp lí , cân bằng lượng mỡ vs cơ bắp , nâng cao sức khỏe và sức đề kháng nè ❤️

I work for hours and feel exhausted and burnout. I still have some more to do, it's gonna take me another hour. I take a 15 min break, how should I spend it? I find this and I start it. I am tired but happy to move a little. At the last song I wasn't even following the instructions. I was just dancing and vibing in a way I haven't in a long time, with a gigantic smile on my face. @@raynabalab4257 Hallo, im Prinzip ja. Wie alt bist du? Hast du Kinder? Wenn man nach den Geburten nicht wieder trainiert, kann sein, dass der Bauch nie mehr ganz weggeht wie bei mir, haha. Ebenfalls wichtig ist die Ernährung. Kein Zucker, keine Milchprodukte, möglichst kein Brot. Und viel Bewegung.

Ich denke das ich es nie schaffen werde.Ich essen nur zwei Mahlzeiten am Tag und trinke dazwischen nur Wasser.
