I did one of your high impact cardio workouts+ a 1 mile run+ this cooldown video. 👌 Sometimes KZbin cooldown videos don’t ever slow down my heart-rate (because it’s a lot of pilates). But yours hit the mark perfectly. Thank you so much. I’m definitely subscribing!

I think it's great that he also does exercises after training, especially because they are relationship exercises to avoid injuries and so on. I would like to know if you have exercises for before training?

@@OliverSjostrom Thank you very much Oliver. And of course yes, the warm-up routines and also the stretching routines are very important, but tell me the two routines you sent me are also for pre-workout exercise or are some for warm-up and the other stretching for after training and so on?

Nice cool down. But its not really full body since there were no arm or upper body stretches

The side bend stretches all lay surrounding areas ,ql and a few others
