Loved this one.. short and effective! Perfect to squeeze in a workout during a break while working from home! Would love to see more like these. I also sometimes like combining a 10 min lower body with 10 minute upper body video. Thanks for these!

I am alternating between 6kg and 10kg 💪🏼 use the weight that is right for you. Correct form and you have one rep left in the bank before the timer is up 🥰

Hello Roxanne! I love your kettlebell videos I do one of every day of the week, I think they're really well thought out workouts. I have only one complaint, i can't stand the music. You should release some of your kettlebell videos without the music. I find terrible dance music the opposite of motivating and I would much rather just play some power metal while I exercise. Even better put some power metal in your videos!

This was a great workout until you got on the floor and did push ups.. what would be a good alternative for that combined exercise?

Great question thanks for asking, you could do push ups and rotation on your knees. You can do the rotation only then pass the kettlebell. You could also do a half push up. Or completely different exercise, you could do chest press on your back and then roll up to a torso twist.
