Just wanted to share... I have lost 40lbs exactly since last January! I have followed all your workouts (doing 5-6 per week), eat whole foods (95% of the time), and intermittent fasting (16:8 method). It's been a wonderful lifestyle change and I look forward to caring for myself each and every day. Thank you for these wonderful workouts 🙏 They've really played a part in my health journey!

As someone just getting back into workouts and who is very overweight lol this was really great but absolutely killed my thighs! I didn't feel it during the workout but for 3 days it was hard to use my legs 😂

Yup,, there is no excuse not to come to your videos. You've got me covered with everything. I am traveling, have zero equipment, no mat even. There is a chart cushion here and ive used it a bit to help my tailbone which is like a tail almost compared to most people's. I have also had a terrible morning which ensued from yesterday, but I was going to turn it around gently. This I have achieved in a gentle way. "Just 10 minutes" I said. I love how I can get even a little bit in and I feel even better than this morning. Thank you Maddie! You're amazing and such an inspiration.
