this information is really useful! I started this month and was wondering what to do while on my period since I might be too low energy or my legs sluggish/painful so the 20 min routine might be too heavy but I don't want to stop working out. Thank you!

I've been doing this routine almost every morning for the last 3 months and it's CHANGED THE GAME- afterwards I feel so much more loose, energized, and ready to start the day. Would love to more videos like this!

I started doing your videos about a month ago. I really loved this one. I have knees that dislocate and I'm recovering from the 5th surgery on my right knee. I can feel my body and mind getting stronger. Thank you so much for helping me get through the day. 😁

Yes, everyday even weekends; I meditate, yoga with Adriene, warming up with Yoga with Lena, run on my treadmill and always do a workout mostly by you MadFit. Sometimes I change it up with NoBadadadiction or KayKayFitness but I mostly do yours especially with no repeats. My almost at the end of the week training. Thank you!

I really loved everything about this, it gets the blood pumping, but its enjoyable and relaxing, you have a knack for creating exercise videos people actually enjoy doing, I never feel like I had a bad time when watching your videos, even when they're difficult, and you're giving us them for free, truly angel work. This one is 16 minutes, but if you can carve out a little time in your morning, your joints will feel better through your day. My body is stiff and sore when I wake up out of bed, I’m only 32, so now is the time to solidify these habits of stretching! If you can train yourself to look forward to it and enjoy it, then the journey will be much more fun. Thank you MadFit, you’ve helped my health be redirected! I never EVER stretched my hip flexor tendons before madfit videos and I know at least 4 people who have had hip replacement surgery. This might help a lot to prevent that.

This is a perfect warmup stretch. The only thing I'd change is the buzzer sounds when the clock runs out..maybe a less harsh sound for these more chill videos 😊

I LOVE all of the workouts that you do . I’m so thankful. One is part of my daily morning routine. My only wish is that you could soften the timer alarms. It’s especially weird after the little meditation session. PLEASE come up with softer sounds.

This is great, I really enjoyed the combination of stretching and light exercise. I’ll certainly be incorporating this into my morning routine, and then in the afternoon/evening do more of a full body/cardio workout. Thanks heaps Maddy! 🙌🏼❤️

I agree feel the same way you do I’m 41 young and I’m finally doing pull ups again. Most of her workout routines have a great stretching towards the end and even my toes feel better. Keep at it Jesse you got this man!

Thanks again, your workouts are really getting me back into the swing of things after a year of limited mobility! I used to train 2 hours a day and was in the best shape of my life just over a year ago, since then ive hardly moved and fell into depression. This has to be one of my favourite videos. I've been having horrible back pain for 2 days and can't workout and thought I would do this as soon as I wake up. I generally cannot move much just after waking up but this loosened my body and I feel fresh. Madfits channel really is an all round channel. From dance workouts to stretches she has everything. Of all the home workouts I do from different youtubers I always come back to her vidoss because it's the perfect balance of difficulty for my body. Love from India ❤

I just discovered your youtube page, and I love the combination of exercise and yoga -- it's a great way to wake up and I'm all in and look forward to trying some more of your classes. The one suggestion I have is the clock in the corner, with the beeping, and the buzzer at the end. For me, it interfered with your vibe and the workout too. It felt a little bit like a timer on the oven, followed by the buzzer on a game show when they don't get the right answer, lol. That said, this video is 2 years old, so maybe this is a feature that's long gone. Thank you again -- I can't wait to try more of your classes!

I really liked this one because lately I have not been feeling like a full workout in the mornings. I really love Maddie's workouts, so thank you so much for sharing them with us! Just with the ones for stretching it always seems rushed for me, does anyone else have the same experience? I have to play them in half the speed to really get in to a useful amount of stretching where I feel something.

This one is really great for evening as well! When you are tired and it is too late for harder and longer excercise, but you still want to do something, this one is just perfect! 10 minutes of moderate excercise make you feel better and 5 minutes of stretching helps you to calm down and relieve of any stress you may have Love it! I have some joint and connective tissue conditions and this combination is exactly what I need! Please make more like this! If I can make one suggestion to replace the sound of the timer. When relaxing the horn blast breaks the "mood". A bell or something a bit softer would add to the vibe. Thank you for all of your great workouts.
