Hy! This is a short workout, but it will make you sweat and we will have so much fun while doing it! 😃😃
It engages your full body! It' s a combination of cardio and strenght exercises that are divided into 4 sets. First and third sets are strenght and others are cardio. Each set consists of 4 exercises, 30 sec each, no rest inbetween. 30 sec rest between sets. The only equipment you' ll need are 2 dumbbells for strenght exercises. Hope you' ll like it! You can do this routine alone, muliple times or combine it with some other workouts on my channel! Don't forget to stretch before and after exercising! 😃😃
