Thank you Kate for another fantastic class! I found this to be a wonderful cool down class after a hard workout. I've also, been meaning to say thanks for a long time for all of your classes. I've been doing your classes consistently now for a couple years and am seeing significant gains in several of the poses including - believe it or not - cow face and toe pose, yikes! So thanks again!!! The little tidbits about yoga and the options you give in the class are awesome.

I loved this yoga class! I haven't been doing yoga very long, but this class had a bunch of stretches I had never done before and I felt areas I'm tight in in different ways. Great way to start my morning. Thank you!

I haven't been able to participate in yoga in a year because I didn't have the space in my apartment for it. Today is the first work day post-move into our new home. I just completed the 10-minute session in my sitting room, and it felt wonderful! I can't wait to practice another session tonight. Thank you! ❤
