I love it 💕 I love it 💗 I love it!!! 💖 Hiit workouts are usually exhausting for me, but some reason my lower body is super strong and flexibile, so I really enjoy any routine for the legs and booty 🤗

the exchange rate in my country (south africa) makes the virtual class super expensive (170$) so i appreciate these free videos so much ❤️

That doesn't sound right at all. I just had a follower sign up for my virtual class on Monday and she lives in south Africa too! Class is $15 USD which is 249.105 South African Rand (ZAR). I believe PayPal is the way to go.

It kills me every time you say “don’t get slouchy on me...” (a much needed reminder 👍) - hilarious 😂. My inner thighs are very slouchy...but I believe & feel that this sweet practice will take care of this problem 🙏. Blessings for your health & happiness ❤️❤️

Does this help to reduce thigh fat? I’m really active and skinny but my thighs are quite large, I think it’s genetics, but will this help?

You cannot spot reduce fat…if you want to reduce fat in one specific area, it requires overall weight loss…BUT this video will really help strengthen and sculpt your thighs. Combine this workout with my full body HIIT workouts to really get your heart rate up and be sure you’re eating healthy and clean to fuel your body properly. 🥰💖💪🏼🧚🏼‍♀️

You have such a gorgeous elongated physique! Breathtaking! I’ve seen other ballet dancers- and (to my taste) their bodies look quite muscular, especially thighs. While your body is soooo mesmerizingly long and sleek, no bulking at all. Is it good genes or your special method, or both? 😊

Thank you so much! I’d have to say both! My parents were always healthy, fit, and lean...so I definitely have their good genes...plus they instilled healthy habits in me at a very young age. But I think the majority of it is how I work...and anyone can work that same way too! All my workouts combine stretching AND strengthening moves with an emphasis on never gripping your muscles, but rather stretching and elongating them ALWAYS! Thank you for your love and support! 😘

It's not as complicated as so many people think it is...I exercise and exert myself everyday (for at least 1 hour), I make sure I get enough sleep, and I fuel my body with healthy nutritious foods! The key is to slowly start incorporating all of these habits into your life so it truly becomes part of your life and not just some temporary thing. xoxo
