Still on your 4 week challenge. Yesterday was the first time I had to kick myself to do them as I had been doing 45 minutes cani cross after several weeks of a break (running with 20 other people and dogs through the forest) and was shattered.Today is day 1 for week 3. You will laugh when you learn about Abi's (my dog) reaction to this video. She slept on the sofa through the 40 minute HIT and when she realised that there was another one (instead of her morning walk, which came afterwards) she joined me on the floor on her own accord doing a downward dog🤣.

If you want to lose body fat be sure you are doing strengthening and toning exercises like this one AND cardio/HIIT workouts as well!
