I didn't know how weak my back muscles were until I did this workout. I will incorporate it into my workout routine. Maybe I will finally be able to do proper pushups by training my back as well. Great video!

Another question, I would be interested which and how much workouts you do per day in one week. Is it possible that you make a video where you show your workouts of a whole week? Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

This is an amazing routine! I've been struggling with pain and weakness after a serious back injury for over a year, and this workout has helped so much. I love that it's short and the exercises are simple (but challenging.) It's so motivating to feel the improvement and to not feel overwhelmed by an overly difficult or complicated routine. ❤

Holy cow. I’ve been doing all kinds of different workouts for 7 weeks now and I’m feeling so great! Even with these short and sweet ones they are amazing. Being a momma I have restricted time so I love that I can just get a small sometimes a longer workout or stretch in when I can and I feel so good after doing them. I really feel my muscles being worked and tired after wards haha

i tried to do it daily. and yes ofc, leg and arm days too (twice a week). i did abs workouts too... i think that helped pretty much as well

@@bigbadcow7726 mine is always sore after. Before I never used to feel anything. One thing you need to change instead of focusing on reps, focus on form first and really try to connect the mind to muscle and I swear you feel it more. After about a week of mind to muscle connection and focusing on form, you can focus on your reps and you'll feel indefinitely bevause you wouldve changed your body's way of thinking.

I just started taking up skydiving (not tandem) and the free-fall position is really hard on my back. A lot of this workout is more or less in that exact position, and it's helping me find and strengthen those muscles. This is the perfect video for beginner skydivers!!!

Pretty solid workout if you are short on time. I did 2 rounds. Once round 2 came along the deep deep burn started to happen. If you feel it is too easy, add more weight! I will definitely do that next time as I felt round 1 was tolerable and I want more of a challenge. Have a blessed Sunday yall❤

J David I stopped doing this exercise about two months ago, but I do think this helped get rid of back fat/toning up along from being in a slight calorie deficit & some cardio!

1st time doing a back workout. was great. didn't use any weight and just practiced the form and making sure i'm squeezing the right muscles and it still felt hard (in a good way). hope to build to weights soon. would love to see more back specific workouts so i can improve my posture.

I struggle with identifying if I'm actually working my back or compensating with different muscle groups. I've now identified my back. I am incorporating this routine into my workouts going forward. 1 round was enough for now!

I tend to struggle with back pain, specially now in times of home office, but I'm glad I found this workout to help me with my posture. Only thing, though, it could include some more for the lower back. Do you have any workout that focusses on those a bit more?

Hey! What I did to do more of the lower back is whenever she did superman arms or those snowflake things, I would bring my legs off the ground and squeeze my lower back and butt. :) Hope this helps!

I tried this today and it’s really good!! I’ve done some of those movements before but I didn’t know how to do it correctly so i used my arms lol but now I can feel that I’m exercising my back! I'm in home office since almost 6 months now and since around two months I can feel that my back developed a) a very low stamina (my back is getting tired very fast which I haven't experienced for years now) and b) I'm getting back into my old round back position and I developed a slight hollow back. I don't have much motivation doing too heavy workouts, but I want to get my back to where it was, your workout seems to be the perfect match. And I love working out with dumbbells! If you're having any doubts, Im a pretty chubby person and this workout melted my back fat even after doing it for only 2 days a week. 🙏🤞 Keep in mind I ate slightly less (ate 2k cals before and 1.8k cals after) and walked about 1.5 miles per day

Yesterday I started doing these exercises because I have really huge roll on my back. I don't know what will be results of doing these exercises but I am of good cheer. When I do some of this exercises I feel also my biceps works hard too. 💪🏻

A back workout! Yay!! Iv'e been wanting to workout my back because I keep injuring it while swing dancing. Funny how when I start working out an area I haven't trained before, it feels really crappy initially and it's hard for me to even sense the muscles I'm using.
